My friend and I both ordered salads and fresh pressed juiced. I had the grönsakslandet salad: a big bowl of quinoa, avocado, beet hummus, pickled carrots, broccoli, cucumber, pumpkin and sunflower seeds with the "orange" juice, a glass of fresh pressed carrot, ginger, strawberry, and apple. We loved it all! I've also been to their locations in both Stockholm and Malmö. They're all great and I'm sad they have not yet opened outside of Sweden. Please come to Copenhagen!!

I took it home and enjoyed it so much, that I went back the next day and tried another one. Highly highly recommendable, as it clearly is one of the best salads places in Copenhagen! Most people grab the salad as a take away and it isn't really a place to sit and eat but there's a few tables and we decided to stay. Luckily, we didn't have any allergies and we aren't picky eaters so the mixups were not a problem and we still enjoyed the food! The sweet potato fries were delicious! Others that I've had in the past have either been undercooked, over cooked or way too heavily salted. These were neither of the above. They were crisped just right and salted the best amount. I would recommend these for sure! The smoothies were my FAVORITE part! They tasted healthy but were still satisfying to my sweet tooth. You could really taste each ingredient and the texture was perfectly creamy/frozen. This interpretation included pulled pork, coleslaw, smoked halibut, prosciutto ham, cheese, Nordic hummus, berry compote and breads. Or favorites were the pulled pork, smoked halibut and the berry compote. We were not a fan of the Nordic hummus, which seemed just to be mashed peas but overall we enjoyed finishing the entire plank.
