We had driven by this place a few times during our trip and hadnt paid it much mind but then when doing a search for quick bites, it came up. Turns out it ranks in the top 10 corn dogs in the U.S. and both my husband and I agreed! We are from DFW and so we are used to Fletchers corny dogs at the state fair (which have a high bar to measure up to). It is basically two guys (or it was when we went) that take your order at their counter and you can get it to go or eat there outside (it was cold when we went but we braved it and sat outside). We got the Big Daddy and yes, it was massive but it was SO yummy!! And he got the hot mama and loved it. Overall, this is a no frills place with great corn dogs and relative inexpensive. Had a couple things from this literal hut. Small, but clean and well maintained. You have to pay attention as the road is narrow and the sign for the place is RIGHT before the turn. We had the regular, medium, and big daddy corn dogs. As well as a chili cheese dog. Their corn dog was ok, fresh and well flavored and crunchy. The hot dog itself was meaty with good flavor as well. love this little joint. We make our way to Hochatown whenever we can come summer time and we always make a stop here. The corn dogs are awesome and even hot dogs are good too. Fried Oreo is a hit. Pretty simple and basic but it does the job. Haven't tried any tacos but will make consideration next time im in Oklahoma. Cutest little off-road hut with a variety of corn dogs to choose from, as well as fried twinkies and Oreos. WOW. Amazing. The owner was working the counter and was so friendly, gave us suggestions, and answered our questions. They play beach vibe music that makes you wish you had a margarita in hand. This place has everything you would get at a fair but it's all better than the fair!!We went back multiple times during our stay at Beavers bend. Corny dogs are INCREDIBLE!! Vulgar music choice really crushes the place's appeal for those of us that care what we and our children hear. The food is pretty good but the obscenity blared over the speakers was terrible. I love this place I go here Every time I'm in town they have the best corn dogs. I would highly recommend everyone go here and try em out. The environment is so fun the have outdoor seating and hammocks for you to chill in, also footballs and soccer balls to play around with. We get there and walk into a little hut where we grab a drink and chips for a dollar and order a corn dog. There is a nice Porta-cool fan while we wait in line. Once we order we go set our stuff down at a picnic table. We throw a football that they have there while we wait.
