A waitress came over with a menu and took my drink order, an easy order - coffee. They gave me plenty of time to decide what I wanted. When I remember my last visit, the customer service was a little lacking but this time, everyone I interacted was incredibly pleasant and very nice! About 10-15 minutes later, my breakfast was brought over with a variety of syrups. For breakfast I went with an old favorite, "Hill" size (three) Cinnamon Roll Homemade Hot Cakes with whipped cream on top! They were nicely sized and made to perfection. I LOVE these pancakes so much that I scarf them down in what feels like two minutes, so I put A LOT of effort into pacing myself and enjoying, savoring them this time. I've been coming here for eight years now and I will say, the prices have gone up but it's not prohibitive and once in a while, you just have to treat yourself. Buffalo has several great breakfast spots and Campfire Grill is certainly one of them. I can not wait to come back for another plate of hot cakes or their crunchy French toast!

He had no trouble finding enough breakfast items to build a custom carnivore plate with Polish sausage and eggs. I made sure to order the griddle logs with strawberries and whipped cream, after I ate a full plate of breakfast, of course. We were well taken care of by our waitress, who kept our coffees filled. Campfire Grill has a cozy diner feel to it. I'm always looking forward to my next visit.

The bar staff does work really hard & has some very crafty drinks on the menu. My husband had the flatbread pizza & it was nothing special. I had the crispy ribs & they were barely okay. They lacked flavor & the polenta was like eating dry paper. It was hard to tell what on the ribs was crispy & possibly parts of the rib bones. The only thing that gave some redemption to the dinner was the key lime brûlée. The bill we got had a cab charge that we did not order and a $1.00 mystery charge. After striking out everywhere else, Betty's was our last stop--and what a blessing it was! Alice, our host, was warm, friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure my food allergies were handled safely. I was able to order a bacon, "egg" and avocado sandwich made to accommodate my allergies, and it was incredible. I hadn't enjoyed a breakfast sandwich from a restaurant in over a decade! It was so delicious that I went back again before leaving Buffalo and even ordered another sandwich to take home.
