I will try to insert a photo of how terrible it looks. I went in to have gray covered with my dark brown, and then some highlights added, I walked out with roots the same color as my highlights. I have tried calling this bar multiple times with no return call or response. I'm simply met with a bot. I would not recommend this salon for your root touchups, especially by the manager. if it feels bad, it is bad. Go with your gut.
