I saw this immediately when using their hairbrush at the blow out station - I noticed lots of my highlighted hair breaking off into the brush. My hair was completely damaged from the highlights. This happened despite them convincing me to get a special sealer to prevent damage put on before the highlights. I wont be coming back here again. The regular color was fine, but they clearly dont know how long to keep in the bleach for highlights and ruined my hair.
