Met with Oscar 2/20/26, pretty standard placement questions were asked. He kept having to check in…read morewith his manager every step of the way so I sat in a little cubicle room for a good 45 minutes. Told me he had a job for me and I'd be able to start Monday 2/23/26 but then after speaking with his manager for the hundredth time he says he'll need me to come back (one hour drive each way) to do my paperwork and he would contact me later that day or on the Monday he initially said I'd be able to start my assignment on. No call, I reached out to Oscar and have yet to hear back.... Ended up being an absolute waste of my time and money to get out there, my recommendation would be to go use a different agency like Accurate, or ProLogistix , OnTime staffing, Eclipse staffing. Basically any other agency that doesn't have a bunch of 18-21 year olds running the place.

Aj, is actually Adrian Martinez of Lockport IL. Previously of Joliet. Adrian Martinez is a scam…read moreartist who tried to rip us off, every time we try to collect a check from him there was another excuse why he did not leave the check or why he wasn't going to pay us. As Adrian said we tried three times to back out of doing his project being that the previous year Adrian waited till the day we were supposed to start his basement and at the very last second canceled on us and our guys were without work for 2 weeks because he waited till the last second to cancel. This is why we we were hesitant to even do the job for Adrian he is a very shady character which upon Googling his name you will find out that he has had multiple run ins with the police last a DUI where he fled the scene after an accident he was chased down by the police. As we continued to try to collect money from Adrian, It wasn't until 9:30 p.m. one nigh that we finally had to track him down at his house to finally pay us, and at this time I told him all of his payments then would have to be paid up front before the next phase of work would continue in which he agreed and once again the drywall payment was due and he did not leave us payment again. What Adrian is not telling you in this bad review he left us 8 months after we did the work for him is that he only paid us for 4 days of work in which he needed way more than that for his laundry room which by the way you waited until the day we were about to start the basement that he sprung that on us that he wanted to add a laundry room upstairs and move all the plumbing up to the first level. After the 4 days were up we told him it's going to take us another couple days and it would be more money because he only wanted to pay us for days we worked. When it went into the 5th day he said his father-in-law will take over the rest. Adrian Martinez hired another company who demanded a permit be pulled for all the Shady work that was done on the house in the past. When a Lockport Illinois building inspectors showed up he proceeded to lie to the building inspector Brian and Danny of Lockport Illinois and told him all worked at his father-in-law did and and previous contractors in the past that was there before he purchased the house. Adrian Martinez is one of those guys that thinks he knows how to build and he should just try to do a better job where he works at RHM Staffing Solutions in Oakbrook. Being that we were not paid for our second payment of work, that is why we decided to walk off this job. We do over 40 basements and bathrooms a year for the past 32 years and Adrian is one of only two bad reviews. Also if you look at Adrian's review status right after he wrote Our review he hired another company and of course he was not happy with them either. So maybe it's not the companies, it is the guy who thinks he knows about Construction who is leaving bad reviews for every single construction company out there. Once again Adrian Martinez of Lockport Illinois is a scam artist. Once we did more investigations on him we found he has ripped off many of contractors. Feel free to contact me for detailed message.

Very disappointed in my recruiter Lamise Bayyari. I've had her as a recruiter for a couple months…read morewith no help or job offers. She's a nice person but she SUCKS at communication, she doesn't reach out to you, you have to reach out to her and she doesn't return calls or emails. When I do get her on the phone it takes forever for her to answer her phone, and when she answers her phone it's only for two seconds and she uses the excuse of "I'm in a meeting" or "I'm in an interview" seems like Lamise Bayyari avoids the people she interviews. And when you apply for jobs on the company's website no one contacts you. I don't get it Aerotek you are a company trying to help individuals find work what's the point! We are better off finding jobs ourselves. Don't use this company!

I recently submitted my resume to Aerotek in the hopes that they could help me find a job. When I…read morereceived a call I was extremely excited to get the job process going. Unfortunately, if you are serious about the job search, I would not waste my time with this company. I arrived for my scheduled interview, 15 mins early, and filled out the same paper work that they request you fill out online. After that, I sat and waited for 30 mins until my recruiter came out for our scheduled interview. I feel that it is completely unprofessional to leave someone waiting for 30 mins when you had a scheduled meeting. The interview itself was only about 15mins long. Very disappointing. It was also discouraging when the other applicants around me were dressed in jeans and t-shirts for interviews. They don't really give you any other information other than that they will call you if they hear of anything, but I should still look online at their job postings. So really, you are doing all the work for yourself, which I could have done at home. My suggestion would be to find a more professional agency if you are serious about getting help in the job search.

I love the Oakbrook Terrace Office Team staff. They have been great from the start. The team here,…read morereally puts " a face" on what would otherwise be just another "employment agency." They actually work with you, and get to know you personally. They don't hold what I consider to be my own neurotic idiosyncrasies against me. For example, I don't like working more than a few miles from home, even if it limits me. If I don't want to do a job, they don't hold it against me. I actually believe they prefer that rather than saying yes to a job, and not showing up. And they are quick to remember you if you help them out in a tough spot. Another thing I like is that they have a bunch of "fun stuff" and little jobs, to make quick cash from. It seems they are the go-to employment agency for all sorts of different types of events and activities. They are not limited to just office and clerical work. These guys seem to pay very well too. It's like they check out what type of work you will be doing, and you seem to get top notch pay for the job at hand. Even the super easy jobs seem to be above average pay. I think the only "con" in the beginning was that you don't know what a place is like until you get there, but they really do seem to screen their clients well. If you don't like a place, you don't have to be afraid to tell them. They won't hold it against you. They understand not everybody is right for every job. I usually work with Zoe, Erin and Vince. I have high regards for this team, I honestly could not do what they do for a million dollars a year.

I've replied to texts--nothing. Or I finally get a response days later, if at all. What's most frustrating is the complete lack of follow-through. I've applied to several positions and it feels like my applications just disappear into a void with no acknowledgment or feedback whatsoever. Job searching is already stressful enough without being ignored by the very people who are supposed to help. I expected professionalism and basic communication, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.
