The staff were really knowledgeable and patient with us as we took over 45 minutes to decide on the 13 different pieces. Due to the pandemic we haven't shop as much. At the register they carefully checked for items that should be for sale for us and ordered a different size for a jacket to be shipped directly to San Francisco. They recommend several pieces that we normally wouldn't have picked out and this was really a godsend since we have a shop for a while and were in a time crunch . Highly recommend this place due to the friendly service and the professional knowledge they have.

I left with a pair of shoes I think will make such a difference with this problem. I have been going here for years because of the attentive, kind and knowledgeable staff. I suffer from occasional plantar fasciitis, and flat soles, among other things. Nathaniel watched me walk back and forth several times. He then selected several brands of walking/running shoes. He watched me walk in each shoe. He wasn't satisfied that he solved my pronating issue so he pulled out another brand. Once I selected my brand, he pulled out all the colors that I could select in that shoe. He took so much time with me. He was very patient. As I looked around, I noticed that the other sales people also seemed to take great care of their customers. I ended up buying a brand I had never tried and I love them. I highly recommend this store.

Matt met us as we entered the store and was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what he was doing. He knew the products and was able to help us select multiple rentals for an upcoming event. The selection was great and the prices were reasonable. There was no pressure to buy unnecessary items. Definitely recommend this place and make sure to work with Matt. Don't let his young age fool you, he knows what he is doing.

The gasket for the valve on my Yeti Rambler bottle straw cap went kaput - so I needed a new one…read more Fortunately Yeti sells them separately from the actual water bottles. I ended up purchasing two - I like the Rambler bottle straw caps better than the default screw top lid that comes standard with Yeti water bottles. The Rambler bottle straw cap (I don't use the straw) - allow one to open the bottle and drink one handed. I have several Yeti water bottles - so one of my smaller bottles has now transitioned from the standard screw top to the Rambler. Plenty of Yeti products in supply. Service was good.
