I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I have received from Juan, the manager,…read moreand his team. Unfortunately, my interactions have consistently been negative, leading to a frustrating experience.Rudeness and Attitude:Each time I call, Juan has been exceptionally rude. He often hangs up on me without resolving my issues, which is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. This behavior has been mirrored by his staff, who also display a dismissive attitude.Failure to Perform Duties: It seems that the workers are not fulfilling their responsibilities effectively. I have missed work for classes that I was assigned to, only to be told later that I am not on the roster. This kind of miscommunication is unacceptable and has caused me significant inconvenience. Desire for Higher-Level Communication: I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with someone in a higher position to address these concerns. It's crucial for management to be aware of the issues occurring within their team to ensure better service moving forward. I hope this feedback will lead to improvements in communication and professionalism within your establishment. Thank you for your attention to this matter. If i could leave zero stars trust me i would

The High Road Program has good intentions and does good work, I assume…read more However my "counselor" was a vortex of educational compromise. I am not going to name them but, for more on this, and I do mean moron, you will know if you got the same counselor I had when they repeatedly say "you know what I'm sayin" when they can't articulate thoughts effectively. It's a lot! Regularly contradicting themself. Overly repetitive with nothing substantial to say. Good Lord save you if you ask for explanation or clarification on what they are reading to you. It seems counterproductive to have a addiction treatment "professional" that struggles through reading the Suggested Approach of the slides as opposed to actively educate. Not to mention their remedial ability to pronounce routine recovery terminology or speak knowledgeably about related subjects, but when you find out that an AA in Liberal Arts from a community college is sufficient to meet the employment requirement it makes more sense... Good luck!

Although this range certainly isn't local to me (I'm in Long Beach), this is a much better and…read morereliable option than going to AKI/Security Training Center at The Firing Line range in Huntington Beach (because James' hours often change and they just say "c'mon down" and they would be closed). Check in, get your targets, ammo, firearm rental, your lane assignment and you're good to go. Folks are good people and the subject of why James does what he does is amusing, or we'll quip about current firearm legislation, Newsom or the Potato in Chief. Their fee schedule is clearly posted and pricing is dependent on how many calibers (silly CA BSIS nonsense) you're qualifying and is all-inclusive; other schools charge their fee but they you have to pay for the lane and ammo but these guys do not. The lot is small, only has about 8-10 spots but I usually park on the street bordering the airport.
