Pick up/Take out review: They messed up the order. I cannot quite write a review because I couldn't eat the pizza. I called ahead. I placed an order for one ghost pepper pizza and one pepperoni pizza. We get home (half hour away) and my husband identified which pizza is the ghost pepper (they looked alike) and I then grabbed a bit and bite in. MY LIPS AND TONGUE WERE ON FIRE! Both pizza's were ghost pepper! Then half the family missed out on what we had planned and paid for for dinner. (The host was super nice, young girl. The facility is very modern and sheik inside. Looked like a cool outdoor area.)

Really good food! The Christmas decorations are gorgeous! Make reservations early for the holiday season!

This is a new-to-me establishment, and I've eaten here twice this week! At my first visit, I enjoyed the rooftop deck for lunch. The second occurred on a rainy day so we ate inside. The restaurant is quite large with two bars to accommodate the floors. They feature live music and Karaoke nights and I can imagine this place gets hopping. Both times our server was Kelly, who is super friendly and efficient--she monitors your drinks and brings refills before you have to ask! So far, what we've ordered has all been great. I was especially impressed by the generous Greek salad plus salmon add-on. No cheap iceberg but nice Romain and green/red leaf lettuces. The meatballs in the panini are homemade and reportedly delicious. I enjoyed the smash burger on my second trip, while my friend said the haddock BLT was great and they didn't skip on the bacon! There is a side parking lot if you're unable to snag a spot on the street. FYI: There are numerous flights of stairs if dining with older folks.

    Chix broccoli Alfredo

Ambiance was very nice, it's very small place & high top tables. When that door opens it's cold in there, I never took my coat off. No complaints on service, waitress was very nice & attentive. Food was also out in a timely manner. Where it falls short is the actual food. We got spinach artichoke dip, which was def cooked a bit too long as the edges were burnt. The chips were also on the edge of being stale. I got chix broccoli Alfredo. It was pretty bland, and cheese kinda clumped & stuck to the bottom of the plate. Husband got chix parm. Sauce was very watery, and chix was just okay, again just bland. Maybe we'll give it a second chance some day. And try something other than pasta.

    Stuffed Quahog

The smash burger and quahog took about 40 minutes to get to me and there were not that many people in the restaurant. When my food did get to me it wasn't very good to be honest. The smash burger had no crust to it and was not very flavorful. I do want to mention that I am allergic to bees and there was an infestation of them inside and outside. I let the bartenders know this and they had no other accommodations or suggestions to me. They do have not seating downstairs that is not subjective to the bees but did not allow anyone to be seated down there. Not a great experience!

Harry's is wicked mental. Food is HOT n' FRESH AF. Everything is cooked to order and prices are wicked reasonable and there are specials to be had each day. The staff is VERY efficient and friendly as hell. Menu selection is diverse and best of all has no tree-hugger "healthy option" gluten-free vegan crap. This is serious food for level-three hangry eaters who welcome thunder thighs and kankles. The vibe is great and the wooden construction attenuates sound wicked good and makes it acoustically sensible. My One and I have been going here for quite some time. We have never had anything a SNAFU. Drinks are great and Devin was our waitress last night and she is absolutely wonderful. Be confident that the owners and staff clearly take pride in this establishment and always aim to please in all ways. The drink menu is fun and extensive with variants on margs and 'teenys, etc. All food and drinks are scrump AF. They also give you gigantor hot n' wet handcloth towels after the sowdown as the coup de gras. It's like being on JetBlue :) Peep it out! And yes, they have KEEN-O and scratch tix.

I don't know if I was starving, unhappy or what but this place and meal hit the spot and hit it hard. I thought I deserved a drink so I got a Guinness, which was thankfully on tap so yah! I got the bourbon steak tips with steak fries and opted for a garden salad instead of the green beans - yes, yes, and yes! Steak tips were perfectly flavorful and cooked just right for my taste. I really wanted fries and (unlike some of my family/friends) I actually like steak fries and they were cooked up just the way I like'em (crisp outside, not too mushy on the inside). The salad though, yah it was basic and yet not - all kinds of different colored tomatoes which actually had great flavor to them, and it was not just a couple but quite a few and they were "fresh". That is basically what I loved about the salad - not your typical anemic looking/tasting salad but with mixed greens (not just lame looking iceberg) and full of other veggies. The server also could not have been nicer (like I said I went through a lot that day so seeing a friendly face was nice) and always checking on us. I think we made a great choice in stopping here - it was a 4:30 on a Tuesday and it was busy. Good sign!

The staff is very friendly, even during the dinner rush when there are shows in town. The place is a little dark, but it's a pub -- that's part of the atmosphere. I started with an Allagash Ale while my wife had water. I always seem to gravitate toward the fish and chips, which are consistently crispy, fresh, and full of flavor. This time around, my wife ordered the fish tacos and thoroughly enjoyed them. If you're heading to a show at the Hall, I highly recommend stopping here beforehand.

I've been to this rustic place like once in the past and I thought I fell in love with it…read more Sadly, the waitresses aren't well. The one I had wasn't very friendly and I love the Christmas music that was playing . I love that they were decorating while we were sitting there eating. I had the mac & cheese and I added grilled chicken, onions and garlic to it.. She told me that I couldn't add onions and bacon but then they gave it to me anyway. The mac & cheese needed more cheese sauce. It was lacking sauce really bad. I've also tried the short rib roast dinner. It was not that wonderful sadly I don't have any pictures to show. Will I go back to this place? I don't know maybe I will ? if you like something on the menu It'll take you going back there, maybe I'll try something else on the menu but so far I've tried two things on the menu that weren't up to par so I don't know if it's a chef not know what he's doing or if they just stopped putting good quality food out, but I did not enjoy my time at 5:50 Tavern. I was there yesterday and I was there two weeks ago and I still didn't enjoy myself. The Food just was lacking and our waitress wasn't very friendly. I did enjoy like I say the music for the holidays and I enjoyed watching them decorate for the holidays and that was about it. Oh when I had a Manhattan, It was enjoyable that was lovely. Did not have a lake view but comfortable atmosphere and nice bar area, lots of tvs for sports. Cool nostalgia on the walls w large black and white pics of movies, Breakfast Club, Ferris Bueller and Wise Guys...waiter was over quick w water and a decaf coffee. Our food came out quick as well. Great service. I had a side Caesar instead of fries w the shrimp op not wrap. That was an extra $2.50. Not thrilled but didn't want the fries. I loved the salad, portion was big and good ratio of fresh parm focaccia croutons and dressing,, tasty. The wrap was stuffed w flavorful lightly fried shrimp and a zesty creamy dressing w lettuce carrot and tomato, super good! Plenty of shrimp, no skimping there at all. Husband was not impressed with his garden salad and grilled chicken. Chicken had little flavor, small portion, and salad was chopped into very small pieces, not his thing. Plenty of salad but could have been more protein on it. I would go back and hope he would too, but try something else. I took off 1 star because of his meal. Average price food
