My waitress was wonderful and asked how everything was and we did tell her that it was undercooked and she told us, I'll let them know. Being a great waitress. They are supposed to let the cook or the manager know if something is not being cooked properly. So I told her I didn't want anything in return, but she did take the hamburger back. I have a bad feeling that she was chastised for that because when she came back out, she had glasses on and she didn't look at me. We paid our bill and left, but my husband and I both got the bad feeling that she got chastised for letting them know that that burger was undercooked. They do not offer side salads (should!) but since my order came with 2 sides she just charged me $4 for the originally $16 salad in substitute for the two $5 sides included in my order.
