I had the raviolo, oyster, kangaroo tartare, lemongrass drink, and swordfish. Really thought all the flavors were very good. Great use of Asian flavors without going into that "fusion-y" zone where everything tastes like citrus or spicy mayo. The curry had nice spice undertones with a grittiness that seemed like they had just hand grinded with a mortar and pestle. Raviolo was beautifully made in what I consider a great use for squid ink dough and the sauce wasnt over powering. I felt prices were reasonable overall or maybe I'm just used to getting price gouged in Australia now who knows. Honestly can't remember how much i paid but i didn't feel robbed. Small issues - they had one oyster on the menu but no one could tell me it's flavor profile. As a seafood restaurant, and one that's slightly upscale, it seems pretty important to know atleast the basics. All they could tell me was that it was "meaty". Yeah i know that, i can see it. Anyways, it was a particularly straightforward oyster that was neither briney or sweet. And served with just a lime. I probably wouldn't have ordered it again. The swordfish was dry. I love swordfish, it's something i automatically order anytime i see it on a menu, so it was a little disappointing but it was hidden well underneath the curry (which again, was very good). So i call it a wash. As a tourist not sure i can recommend this place unless you live in sydney. read more
