It is especially rewarding to support a locally owned business run by Glendora residents. Jeremy took the time to listen carefully to my goals and recommended a comprehensive plan tailored to my needs. The Botox and filler treatments left me feeling confident and looking like a more rested, rejuvenated version of myself. I am extremely pleased with the results and look forward to the additional procedures he has suggested. If you are considering medical aesthetic treatments, Skin Perfect is the only place I would recommend! You won't be disappointed.

I paid $800 for my treatment, but I left feeling very disappointed. The procedure felt rushed and…read moremuch rougher than I expected. The provider moved the microneedling device across my face so aggressively that it felt like my skin was being scraped rather than treated. It was very painful, and I didn't feel like my comfort or pain level was taken into consideration. I expected a professional experience, especially for the price I paid, but that wasn't how I felt when I left. Beware: This was my personal experience, and because of it, I will not be returning. I encourage others to do their research and choose a provider they feel comfortable trusting with their skin.

After reviewing several local businesses, I settled on The Screaming Kitty. I spoke with Beatta, who is the owner. She answered all of our questions and was easy to talk to. She understood the apprehension my teen had and was able to calm some of her worries. She gave us perfect instructions to prep for the appt. When we arrived she was ready for us. The business location is cozy and very nicely decorated. The waxing room was clean and comfy. She explained the procedure, got my daughter comfy, then went straight to work. While my daughter was expecting it to hurt a lot , it was really a quick process. Beatta did a great job of distract and wax. When she was done, she gifted my daughter a hand exfoliation glove. Explained to her the importance of exfoliation for the next few days. The do's and dont's for the next few days. She was very informative and has years of experience. We are def coming back here when my daughter is ready.

What struck me also, wast that Dr. Wang does not push for unnecessary procedures that can be costly even though I thought I needed it. Bottom line, he's a natural artist at his craft, making the patient look natural as well for us younger & gracefully aging women.

I was disappointed with my experience with Mariana at the front desk. She initially told me she was ready to take me in, so I stood nearby and waited. While I was waiting, something seemed to come up and she was speaking quietly with another coworker. I completely understand that unexpected things can happen. After waiting for a while, I finally asked her for an update. Her response felt impatient, and she told me she couldn't take me in because the doctor was still with another patient. I had no problem waiting, but I would have appreciated being told that rather than being left standing there expecting to be taken in. What bothered me more was that once a room became available, she called another person in ahead of me, even though that person was still completing their paperwork while I had already finished mine. For me, the bigger issue is professionalism. Front desk staff are often the first point of contact with patients, and I expect patients to be treated with courtesy, consistency, and professionalism regardless of personal feelings or preferences. Staff should not use the small amount of discretion they have--such as deciding who is called in first--in a way that makes a patient feel singled out or dismissed. Unfortunately, after waiting for so long without a clear update, and then seeing another patient taken in ahead of me, I could no longer continue waiting and had to leave without being seen. That is what made this experience particularly disappointing. Dr. Wang provides excellent care, and I hope the professionalism and communication at the front desk can better reflect the quality of the medical care he provides.
