These people at halo are wicked. They will steal your dog and adopt it out. A man's dog got loose…read moreand eventually someone brought the dog to halo. He had been in contact with them trying to get his dog who was an older dog 15 or so, they tried to say the dog was not being taken care of properly because of his skin condition but the owner had brought the dog to vet before for this issue and the dogs getting older. They ended up refusing the owner the dog and adopted the dog out to some stranger. They knowingly took this man's dog and gave him to someone else. Evil despicable people. This man is amazing with his dogs and halo even called the animal control on his other dog even though they never met the dog. The owner only told them that they were taking the dog from his brother. The dog loved his brothe and his dad so much. Its a very sad situation. This is just a quick overview but these people are the worst. They also stole another woman's cat. Animal thieves. The cops just say its a civil matter. They need to be held accountable for there actions. There are many people who know this man and know how good he is with his dogs.

Do not board your dogs there ... no beds.. they sit in they're own fecies and urine all weekend…read more..with them only showing up for 5 min through out the whole weekend .. and left weekdays .. from 3 pm until morning... no one checking on them .... please ask four full access to cameras...or a link to see them if you do board your pet there .. they don't use the beds you leave for your pet.. they put them on a towel..on a cold floor they don't want them peeing on the beds they would have to wash them .. so they don't give them to your pet. They don't give.. Them there meds.... at ball... they LIE.... TO YOU ... GO THERE ON WEEKENDS. NO ONE IS THERE....TRUST ME...

I really liked this store when it first opened, they seemed to be very friendly and helpful…read more However, fast forward a few months and the staff turnover is unreal, and they seem to be basically under staffed. The parking lot is way too small for the shopping center and I have driven in and out without out being able to find a spot. There has been some Construction to the sidewalk and it is very dangerous without any safety for customers. The other problem is that they seem not to be able to keep product on the shelves. I asked one staff last week about a product: Primal frozen Beef butcher blend that had been out of a couple of weeks. They scanned the shelf tag and said it was not ordered and had no way of knowing when it would be in stock. I stopped in today, still out, and asked another staff who said with out looking " I don't know, the store is on auto order". And beyond that nothing. I wish that this was an isolated incident but, this seems to be conducive to Tractor Supply in our area. On the hunt for a better option unfortunately
