Now suddenly one of them isn't welcome anymore (thanks to the returning management)? So what about your temperament test which my "risky" breed already passed? Clearly you don't trust those? So why should I trust leaving my dogs with you, in that case? Or maybe you just smelled a way to double your rates for my "risky" breed since you couldn't sell me on a membership renewal. Oh, and put your "policies" on your website (and let your staff know about them too) if you "have to stick to them." That way you can ask for more money BEFORE someone cancels their other reservations on a holiday week. At a minimum, try to catch them before they drop their dogs off and get all the way home. I'll calls it like I sees it on this place: breed discrimination.

This review is long overdue. We brought our sweet 2 1/2 yr old 55lb Wheaton Doodle rescue to Love…read moreDog. His litter had been basically abandoned by the breeder for his first 7 months, missing the very important socialization time in a puppy's life. It left him terrified of the world, people, and especially garbage trucks. But he loves dogs and is the sweetest guy. In the two years since we adopted him we have met with dog behavioralists that told us it would be a challenge for him to ever be happy. But we have been patient and worked on trust over the couple years. But trying to train a scared dog and not obliterate trust was tough. Then we found Love Dog. They have been fantastic. We actually are getting somewhere now. They have trained him on an e-collar (just a vibration works on him). I initially didn't want to go that route, but it has been transformational. They seem to love him almost as much as we do and their patience has been obvious. This has helped him progress an amazing amount and we are very proud of him. THANK YOU LOVE DOG! Wilcox the "Whoodle" loves you guys!

I love that money is donated to local shelters when you purchase certain treats. There are many other items as well like clothes, toys etc... The staff is excellent. Every one of them are good at what they do and care about your baby. Terry the owner is such a caring person. You can tell she takes pride in her services and her beautiful shop. I have two Shi Tzu's. They are very different. My little boy is chill and my little girl is a handful. No other groomer was ever able to clip her face. Taylor never fails to make my Torvi (she's 2) look beautiful. Taylor has a way with Torvi that no one else had. Midge and others have groomed Ragnar, he looks fabulous as well. He's 6 so he cooperates. The kids get very excited when I tell them we are going to see Terry (owner). That makes me happy that they want to go. They come home smelling and looking fabulous. I also love that this business is Veteran owned and hires Veterans. You can't get any better than that. I've lived in Vero Beach for four years. I went through many groomers. Zoomies is the place that I will always bring my babies to for a spa day. The prices are very reasonable as well. If you are looking for a groomer, look no further. You will be happy with their skills and treatment of your baby.
