After being a client from the beginning when they opened they didn't seem to care about our loyalty. When we found out how much cheaper we could get the same or better care we switched. Best money we ever saved. They never even tried to get us back. We have also met other people that left them bringing their dogs to this place we use now.

After she asked me what I thought of the haircut she didn't like my response. She cut my dog unevenly and left streaks and cut the tale horribly. We had to call the cops because she kept the dog we eventually paid her but wanted it noted that she did not have a refund policy and that she was not willing to resolve the issue. We are not here to damage anyone's business we came to her because we support small businesses but she should have some kind of refund policy publicly listed and it should have never gotten to this point. She also stated that if I made a formal complaint against her that she has my license number and would make a problem for us. That is a threat and should never have been said on her end as a business owner very unprofessional. I wish her the best of luck and will never return.

They run a wonderful business and even will pick up your animals at your home. They aren't locked in cages like you see at a vet office. They have bigger cages and even have a doggie door in their cage to go outside to a small run area. You can also have them socialize with other dogs according to size. They are separated by a fence from the bigger dogs and have a good size run area outside to romp in. The place has cameras and the staff is always physically watching the dogs. They aren't just left alone. There is even a place for cats which you can see on their website. They have really expanded the place over the years. My animals have never, ever been sick from this place, so the folks below obviously had their animal with a pre-existing condition. Or poor immune system. The staff keeps the place well cleaned. If you are unsure, go visit the place. The staff will give you a tour. They even have hurricane boarding as well. I'll never hesitate to contact them for boarding.

I am extremely displeased with my experience at Paw Busters. Before writing this review, I called…read moreto explain my dissatisfaction and wasn't pleased with the reaction I received so wanted to share with other potential customers. I got my two dogs groomed at Paw Busters. My sheepadoodle came home with a knicked leg, which Paw Busters did not inform us of. When we have taken her to other groomers, her white part of her coat comes back white. Her face still looked dirty after grooming. Lastly, I have never been charged $286 to groom my two doodles. I spoke with them today about my concerns. I was told that my sheepadoodle has sensitive skin, it was already red when she arrived and that the groomer didn't knick her. She is 5 years old and has gotten groomed every 6 weeks and we've never had these problems. I offerred to send the picture, but the groomer wasn't interested. We ended up at Paw Busters because we were out of town and had to change the appointment with our regular groomer. Rather than wait four weeks, I took the dogs here. Lesson learned. Do not recommend.

Had two dogs needing baths and nail trims. After taking them regularly to a storefront groomer,…read morethey were becoming fearful over time due to the noise level and amount of activity around them. This made me consider a mobile groomer. Janelle was courteous and very professional. She had a questionnaire for me to complete online then called me to discuss each dog's needs. Both my dogs are a bit fearful (one more so than the other) and I'd never tried a mobile dog groomer before. I worried about how well they would respond to her and if this would be a total disaster. Janelle texted a reminder to me the day before my appointment, and she showed up right on time. Both dogs did very well, thanks to Janelle's nurturing, calm demeanor. She bathed them, trimmed their nails, and brushed their teeth. Both have extremely short hair, so there was no fur trimming involved, but I was very happy with the job she did. Due to the nature of being mobile, the grooming costs a bit more, but that's to be expected. I found her to be fair and conscientious. I feel my dogs are in good hands with her and will be calling her again!
