I have two Shi Tzu's. They are very different. My little boy is chill and my little girl is a handful. No other groomer was ever able to clip her face. Taylor never fails to make my Torvi (she's 2) look beautiful. Taylor has a way with Torvi that no one else had. Midge and others have groomed Ragnar, he looks fabulous as well. He's 6 so he cooperates. The kids get very excited when I tell them we are going to see Terry (owner). That makes me happy that they want to go. They come home smelling and looking fabulous. I also love that this business is Veteran owned and hires Veterans. You can't get any better than that. I've lived in Vero Beach for four years. I went through many groomers. Zoomies is the place that I will always bring my babies to for a spa day. The prices are very reasonable as well. If you are looking for a groomer, look no further. If you don't like it, you're stuck with it. I would say try. They see the dogs run around together, but you don't see any other dogs you don't know if they're putting them in a cage back there or not you pay a lot of money there and they don't care if you like the job or not so I'm just warning bunch of angry women unhappy with their lives.

Janelle was courteous and very professional. She had a questionnaire for me to complete online then called me to discuss each dog's needs. Both my dogs are a bit fearful (one more so than the other) and I'd never tried a mobile dog groomer before. I worried about how well they would respond to her and if this would be a total disaster. Janelle texted a reminder to me the day before my appointment, and she showed up right on time. Both dogs did very well, thanks to Janelle's nurturing, calm demeanor. She bathed them, trimmed their nails, and brushed their teeth. Both have extremely short hair, so there was no fur trimming involved, but I was very happy with the job she did. Due to the nature of being mobile, the grooming costs a bit more, but that's to be expected. I found her to be fair and conscientious. I feel my dogs are in good hands with her and will be calling her again!

They gave us back the fee but their price is 50% higher than the place we use now. The place we use now is just as nice and they don't try to add on extra fees for extra services. After being a client from the beginning when they opened they didn't seem to care about our loyalty. When we found out how much cheaper we could get the same or better care we switched. Best money we ever saved. They never even tried to get us back. We have also met other people that left them bringing their dogs to this place we use now.
