I reached out for Tracy via yelp. She was very prompt in reaching out to me and offered an appointment only two days out. Unfortunately, I had a prior obligation and couldn't take it. I responded back on yelp asking for another appointment but never heard back. Two days later I phoned the business cell and she answered. She advised that she didn't have any availability until almost 2 weeks out. I was disappointed but I took it. She said she was driving and asked me to text her all of our contact info and appt details, which I did! The day before the appt, I texted her to get confirmation and never got a response. Later that evening, I called and left a voice message asking if we were still on for the following day. Again, no response. The morning of the appt, I called and it went to voicemail. I did not leave a message. I instead texted her again and asked if she was coming or not. NO RESPONSE....NO SHOW! As a small business owner myself, that is very unprofessional. I waited two weeks for NOTHING. I do have screen shots of all of my communication attempts to verify my experience. read more
