I had worried this place would be hippie/not delicious due to the many vegetarian/vegan options but I was very wrong. This is a classic taqueria that also acknowledges not everyone eats meats but still wants delicious and well prepared food. Inside of place is clean and simple - assembly line but if you wanted to stay there is lots of seating. I ordered online and walked in and the food was ready before the promised time and employees were friendly and quick. My favorite tortillas and guac in town! This place is packed almost every night and rightfully so. This is not a sit down and order restaurant and instead you order at the counter and the food is brought to you. A great quick and casual option! They also have fantastic cocktails! Parking can be troublesome, especially with a larger or longer vehicle but that is the only downside of an otherwise great place. Was in town for work and my coworker took me here and boy, was I a happy kid. That mole taco was work everything. It was so flavorful and tender. The bowl? For the past five years we have seen a steady high quality improvement. The norm was delicious succulent pork carnitas with a great authentic taste. Tasty fish tacos and high quality fresh products. Our family eats there at least once a week because the food and service has been five star, first class sadly but something has changed. Today's meal was very poor, tough chewy tasteless carnitas more like a tough mince, a new thick street soft tortilla shell that tasted like chemicals. No limes and all at an elevated price. Staff are still friendly and service is very good. I really hate writing this review because they have come so far, but I hope if the owner reads it they will take a hard objective review and get back on track. read more

So glad we wandered upon this Mexican oasis! It's an order at the counter then they deliver to your table type of setting. Very clean inside, the staff was constantly cleaning. It was beautiful and colorful inside. Plenty of seating! The staff is amazing! So friendly, and very helpful if you want food recommendations. We ordered fresh made guacamole and chips, battered fish tacos, fresh rolled chicken taquitos, and bean/cheese tacos. Tortillas are fresh and homemade. The chips were delicious light and crispy with the perfect touch of salt, so good you didn't even need to dip them in anything. Guacamole was out of this world The food presentation is amazing. I used to live in Mexico and this brought back memories of amazing authentic food you could only find in Mexico. The horchata is made in house and we loved it! When they serve the food they also bring 3 HUGE bottles of green salsa, red salsa, and avocado salsa to smother your food in! The food doesn't need it but still just another amazing service they provide. Walla Walla has so many amazing restaurants and this one is right up there. Go to this place! You won't regret it! SO MUCH YUM. I have been here several times and I have YET to find something that I do not like. Their tortillas and chips are made fresh in house. Their tortillas (used in all of their tacos, enchiladas, chips, etc) is amazing! If you're a taco person, they have a wide range of tacos. Their carne asada tacos are always good if you eat meat. If you're into enchiladas, I definitely recommend getting an enchilada plate with steak enchiladas--it comes with rice and beans. If you want a bowl, it's pretty much like a salad from Chipotle--comes with your choice of meat (or veggie option), rice, beans, and lettuce. For vegetarians, they have SEVERAL options for you. For tacos alone, they have like 7 different taco options for you. Their fruit drinks are also delicious! While the tacos are always good here, My favorite order so far has been the enchilada plate which comes with 2 enchiladas, beans and rice. The sauce they use for their enchiladas is AMAZING. I also love the look and vibe of the place. It isn't too dressed up to look like a fancy restaurant. It looks simple and authentic, just like something I would find if I went to Mexico.
