He took my order with confidence, repeated it back to make sure it was correct, and handled the interaction like a true professional. Associated with the other La Monarca (1) on the other end of town, this Taco Truck offers hands down the best Mexican food in the area, and can vie for the title of best Mexican food in town. I'm a fan of their tacos, but their burritos are great too. The cooks are very friendly, and the food is ready to go quickly. Final note: since this is a Taco Truck, they don't have a street address.
