She referred me to Dr. Greenberg. Do t be put off by the way the building interior looks. Apparently there was a huge leak and a lot of work needs done. I was able to fill out all the necessary paperwork prior to my arrival so checking in was quick and easy. Dr Greenberg was fantastic. He examined my feet, explaining everything as he did it, read over my X-rays and determined that i have plantar fasciitis with tendinitis. He explained that I can get inserts for my shoes and practice stretching exercises until it heals. He said that he doesn't like yo just jump to meds or injections because that doesn't heal the problem. I absolutely appreciate when someone doesn't try to scam extra money out of people.

My 91 year old mother was charged for $1350 worth of inserts at this store. When she tried to return the product they gave us a difficult time and we had to get the regional manager involved to resolve it. As it stands we were only able to get refunded for $1100 of the $1350 spent, and have been left to absorb the cost of three cushions that are basically unusable without the inserts. They ultimately said that they needed a referral from his primary care doctor and that they reached out to them multiple times, but they had not heard back from them. I asked them why they did not call to inform me that they had cancelled the appointment. (they have my phone number and my email address) They just gave me the runaround and no apology. I had driven over 2 1/2 hours to get my elderly father there and to get him back home. The next day I called his primary care doctors office, and they told me they had not received any phone calls from Brondon Foot and Ankle. I made 2 more calls back to Brondon's asking for one of the doctors to call me back with an explanation, but I never heard back from them. The last office person I spoke with told me they could not give me any information because of HIPPA rules. This is unacceptable. If we had not shown up for an appointment, I'm sure we would have been charged a fee.

Wahoo! Just went in because I was seriously nursing a bad ingrown toenail. It was agony last few…read moreweeks but I kept thinking it would get better but it remained inflamed. I was able to make an appointment as a new patient within five business days which was super impressive and they had me in the system from a previous Premier Health visit. Paper work was sent to me which was a breeze to fill out in under five minutes. I checked in a few minutes early and was called back a few minutes after my scheduled time. Super staff asks questions and very patient with my scaredy cat stance. The assistant did a quick check for feeling in my feet as I'm insulin resistant and then the doctor came in. He looked at my toe and feet and gave a suggestion for a sanding block for dry feet and a Palmer's lotion to try and then he quickly cut out the tip of the ingrown and shared how to find the clippers to take care of myself. He was great! Super efficient and helpful. Feels better already. I am not going to share my ugly toe pic but please know I have suffered for years from this and I try my best to keep my feet in good shape. He confirmed I can do this on my own and have no worries to fret over.
