I was referred here by my family doctor. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, had my paperwork already printed and filled-out when I arrived. The receptionist was extremely pleasant and cordial. Beyond this, it went down hill from there! I arrived at 2:15 for a 2:30 appt. I spent 3 minutes paying my copay and signing a few sheets (one that states you will be billed if you miss an appointment.). I was called back at about 2:45 so it didn't start- off well. The nurse said " go ahead and sit in the big chair" as I entered the room. There was a smaller chair and a bigger chair, I sat in the big chair. The nurse, or whoever she was, then said "You need to sit in that chair and you need to take off your shoes". Pointing to the exam chair across the room. Ok, that was rude and if you had been more precise about which type then I would have known. She asks a few questions then does a few entries on the computer and says "your probably going to need an X-ray. She said she'd be back shortly to get me. Not a very friendly person. I was thinking how special I didn't feel as a new patient! So, I sat in the uncomfortable exam chair with my feet dangling. So now not only does my foot hurt like crazy, but now my back is killing me! Why, because I sat there for 45 more minutes without any X-ray or acknowledgement that I was still waiting! I walked out at 3:28, stopped at the desk and asked for my refund and asked them to shred my paperwork. The waiting room was packed and a person walked in and asked if they could get in to see the doctor and they were told they would have to wait about a 20 minutes! RIGHT! A customer checking-out apologized saying it was probably her fault because the doctor spent a long time with her. Here's the thing. That happens. But, I still should have had X-rays done while waiting for the doctor and at minimum been told that the doctor had an emergency and was running behind. So, you have people billed when they don't make an appointment, what is your responsibility to a NEW patient who was there for an hour and 15 minutes without seeing a doctor? I took off work a half day which was hard enough and then I just sit and wait for you to do your job let alone be responsible and courteous. Beyond receptionist, ( who should probably work somewhere else), VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SCHEDULING! I would never recommend this place to anyone. I called my Dr and asked for another referral. read more
