Told her I was pretty sure it was Plantar Fasciitis. She had X-rays done and told me the cause was actually severe arthritis and wanted me to see a specialist to figure out what to do. She referred me to Dr. Greenberg. Do t be put off by the way the building interior looks. Apparently there was a huge leak and a lot of work needs done. I was able to fill out all the necessary paperwork prior to my arrival so checking in was quick and easy. Dr Greenberg was fantastic. He examined my feet, explaining everything as he did it, read over my X-rays and determined that i have plantar fasciitis with tendinitis. He explained that I can get inserts for my shoes and practice stretching exercises until it heals. He said that he doesn't like yo just jump to meds or injections because that doesn't heal the problem. I absolutely appreciate when someone doesn't try to scam extra money out of people.

Got here 10 minutes early for the 4:30 appt and was told they would check to see if they could get us in. Then acted like they were doing us a favor. Again, the doctor shows up 20 min late ... The doctor's care is ok I guess. Doesn't seem to understand that a 94 year old patient has problems hearing and understanding medical speak. Would not recommend for senior care.

My podiatrist retired and a friend suggested a podiatrist in this office. I sought out a podiatrist…read morebecause of foot problems. I met with Dr Chapman who told me that I needed new inserts. I agreed, she orders them, I pay. Three months later the inserts developed a hole in them. I called the office and they said I needed an appointment, I asked if I would be charged, yes. I went thinking I could get them replaced or fixed at my expense. My husband and I went to the appointment and waited over an hour to see the Dr. Bottom line Dr Chapman did not want to help but would send them back at her expense and I would probably be charged. I contacted the manufacturer who said shipping is free and implied the repair cost would be less than stated and suggested seeking out another podiatrist to send them in.
