I'm used to having normal yearly eye exams but Dr. Vincze really spent a lot of time with me and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable about my eyes and changes that are occurring. When he was done and it came time to picking out new contacts and glasses, his staff were all so accommodating and truly a pleasure to with. No pressure at all, and they have tons of options for every budget. If you're in need of a great Optometrist, I would highly recommend Dr. Vincze and his team!

The office manager Sabrina informed me that the receptionist informed of the cost Sabrina was not present at our conversation so she going back and forward with me about her training them to inform patients about the cost just because she trained them doesn't mean that they can't make a mistake. I never had the test before so I didn't know about the cost. So Sabrina rudely kept arguing with me so unprofessional I will probably never go there again I felt attacked and that she was calling me a lier. Why would I lie about that? Then the very next person she was overly nice. I guess she was having a bad day and took it out on me so unprofessional I have never experienced anything like this in my life. My family and I have been going there for over 5 years and my Eye Doctor retired this place is going down allowing patients to be rudely attacked and embarrassing Unprofessional behavior and uncalled for. I left and it was dark outside I was there for hours many people in the office were complaining and said it was normal to wait for so long. Dr Spencer wasn't bad he seemed very knowledgeable and friendly, his staff however were extremely rude and snippy and made me feel as if I never want to come back. Janelle at the desk was rude and Angie the office major cut me off and shouted at me when I was questioning a bill she was so unprofessional, Rick in the optical department was wonderful and extremely helpful, if I do go back it's because of a Rick. However, I decided to go through with the visit since there was no cost for the evaluation. My experience was nothing like how the negative reviews presented LasikPlus. I found the staff to be very friendly and professional and there was absolutely no hint of pressure to write a review, purchase more services or anything else. Dr. Holden was the most personable and informative eye doctor I've ever visited. I was treated as a valued patient throughout the process, even after it was determined I was not a good candidate for lasik. People who try and harm a reputable business by writing bad reviews are just another category of scammers. Although I'm obviously unqualified to review their services, I can certainly tell you LasikPlus offers excellent customer service.

I have spoken with many many people who have had bad experiences there. I have gone nearly a year without adequate vision. Actually, I should not be driving with this vision and have explained this during every 3 month check up. However, they have told me numerous times not to get prescription lenses. At my last exam, it showed my sight has gotten even worse. Now they are claiming they cannot schedule more than a couple weeks out. Yet they said to wait until the last week of the month only then to claim they have to wait an additional 2-3 weeks to schedule for the following month. At this rate, I will never have decent vision. I left my job of 8 years because it required me to write reports to the court of what I observe in order to keep children safe. However, I am unable to actual see anything with clarity making my reports inaccurate. Due to the stress of possibly failing to observe and report concerns due to poor eyesight, I left the job. I just need to see. I paid $4000 and am worse off than before the surgery - at least I could wear prescription glasses so I could see. I clearly made a HUGE mistake going to this provider. My advice, if you need Lasik in the Dayton OH area, I STRONGLY encourage to check out Stahl Vision. Getting this procedure done at Lasik Plus is one of, if the not the, worse experience I have had with a medical provider. After they get their money, it appears you are on your own.
