They willingly answer any questions you have. The opticians are great at what they do and not pushy in products at all. They try to work with you for what you need and can afford. Everyone was nice and friendly and the optometrist was great with both me and my 18 month old daughter. I have very, very poor eyesight and she was patient with me. I'm excited that I have contacts I can actually use on a daily basis for the first time in about 5 years. Im surprised by some of the reviews since I had specialty contacts that need to be made on-demand and the office kept in great communication with me by text, email and phone. When my glasses came in, they were not pleased with the craftsmanship of the thicker bifocal lenses and called me to ask permission to send them back to the manufacturer. I've received nothing but solid communication from this office and plan to continue to use them.
