I found the staff to be very friendly and professional and there was absolutely no hint of pressure to write a review, purchase more services or anything else. I have spoken with many many people who have had bad experiences there. I have gone nearly a year without adequate vision. Actually, I should not be driving with this vision and have explained this during every 3 month check up. However, they have told me numerous times not to get prescription lenses. At my last exam, it showed my sight has gotten even worse. Now they are claiming they cannot schedule more than a couple weeks out. Yet they said to wait until the last week of the month only then to claim they have to wait an additional 2-3 weeks to schedule for the following month. At this rate, I will never have decent vision. I left my job of 8 years because it required me to write reports to the court of what I observe in order to keep children safe. However, I am unable to actual see anything with clarity making my reports inaccurate. Due to the stress of possibly failing to observe and report concerns due to poor eyesight, I left the job. I just need to see. I paid $4000 and am worse off than before the surgery - at least I could wear prescription glasses so I could see. I clearly made a HUGE mistake going to this provider. My advice, if you need Lasik in the Dayton OH area, I STRONGLY encourage to check out Stahl Vision. Getting this procedure done at Lasik Plus is one of, if the not the, worse experience I have had with a medical provider. After they get their money, it appears you are on your own.
