Then he claimed additional charge due to the time of day that he went there. The property was open during business hours and he walked right in and did the unplugging of the water cooler and turning off the water before closing time. He came to my home at 9:30 PM and stayed until my drain was open even though he was due to go on vacation that evening! I felt relieved that Barry let me watch him work and told me what he was doing step-by-step and then gave me advice about what he thought the actual problem was. Well, I had to call them again just before Christmas for the same drain and found out that I had concrete piping that was causing the plug.
