Husband made an appointment to get my car detailed for Christmas…read more Took the car in there and got a call saying they couldn't do it because there were still a few personal items in it. Which is fine, I understand. So I called to try to tell him that I would be back around noon to pick up my car. And that I wasn't aware of the policy and he hung up on me. So I called back to try to explain again and he told me to get it together and hung up on me again! I was willing to own up to mistakes I may have made, but hanging up on customers as a business owner is unacceptable.

Avoid This Company -- They Operate Multiple LLCs to Hide Bad Reviews…read more I hired Duct Bee Clean (also operating as Airbenders Duct Cleaning and Maven Air Care) for duct cleaning in my 100-year-old home in London, Ohio. They quoted a low price and then aggressively upsold me on UVC lights and an antimicrobial spray, bringing the total to $1,400. The two subcontractors they sent had no apparent training and clearly didn't know what they were doing. Instead of properly cleaning the ducts, they blew thick black soot and dust out of the vents and all over my upstairs. It covered: My master bedroom The bathroom My infant daughter's room The black soot was EVERYWHERE. FLoors, walls, furniture, and bedding. It was a complete disaster. When I contacted the company to complain and ask them to come back and clean up the mess they created, they refused to take any responsibility, no apology, no offer to fix it, nothing . What makes this worse is that this operation is run by John Raele out of Winchester, Kentucky. He runs the business under multiple LLCs and brand names (Duct Bee Clean, Airbenders, Maven Air Care, etc.), and every single one of them has an F rating with the Better Business Bureau. It appears they deliberately spin up new company names and Facebook pages specifically to avoid the impact of bad reviews and complaints. This was not only a waste of $1,400, but they left my family, including a baby breathing in fine black dust for days. I now have to hire a professional restoration company to do the deep HEPA cleaning they should have prevented. Stay far away from any company connected to John Raele / Duct Bee Clean / Airbenders / Maven Air Care. They are not a legitimate duct cleaning business they're an upsell machine that leaves messes and then hides behind new LLCs when customers complain.

Moose and Ta were amazing! They steam cleaned our carpets, dining room chairs, and accent chair,…read moreand I can honestly say this was the best carpet cleaning experience we've ever had. They removed tough, old stains that had been in our carpet for years, stains that multiple other companies couldn't get out. They literally saved our accent chair from being tossed to the curb, and somehow managed to bring our six upholstered dining chairs back to life, each one had 20+ stains thanks to years of kids' craft projects. I didn't think it was possible, but they made them look amazing! We can't recommend Moose and Ta enough! If I could give them 10 stars, I would! As business owners ourselves, we'd hire them in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work guys and Happy Holidays!

Secondly, they booked us an appointment for the next day, 9-12, then called at 8am on the day,(after we moved everything, vacuumed, etc.), & asked if they could come the next day same time. No reason given or apology. They finally showed up a little before 12pm; let me say the boys were very pleasant....They didn't move things like we were told, they were loaded up/gone in 20 minutes for 3 rooms/stairs, the carpet was soaking wet & they didn't even clean the whole width of the stairs. Even though the boys were friendly & pleasant, I would NOT recommend this branch. (Canal Winchester, Ohio). Unprofessional & rushed.

Showed up, ran a snake, cleared the clog and left. I received the bill the following week and it was outrageous. I called the office and ask why all of the separate charges. 1st visit just to look. $110.00 plus $5.00 fuel charge 2nd visit to snake. $220.00 plus $ 5.00 fuel charge Plus a $75.00 charge just to run the snake. I thought that would be covered under the $110.00 SERVICE FEE CHARGE? He was here a total of 45 minutes, in and out, job done! Office worker said $110.00 is the minimum charge per hour and the additional $110.00 the second day was his drive time! It's 12 miles door to door each way. So he charged me $110.00 to drive here PLUS $110.00 for 45 minutes of work PLUS an additional $5.00 FUEL CHARGE! Total bill was $415 to run a snake in a kitchen sink that was very accessible. Taking advantage of a senior citizen is not good business practice. I will tell everyone I meet to NOT use him and I will not call James Plumbing in the future. Outrageous!
