This was my second service from Brahler's, the first a year ago for restoration following water…read morethat seeped into ground floor rooms following torrential early morning rain. Once called, techs arrived within a few hours, pulled carpeting away from walls and placed fans to dry the areas. Speedy, follow up to check progress as promised and the fans were removed when the floor and carpeting were dry. I received a call from Brahler's a week or two ago, reminding me of their work described above and saying they are available for carpet cleaning as well as restoration. I'd been thinking of having carpet and upholstered furniture cleaned, and their call was the incentive to do it now. If I could rate the company above a 5-star, I would. Before the appointment, lamps, end tables, coffee table, and other items that could be taken from the carpeted rooms were removed. The two-person crew called when they left their prior appointment and arrived at my condo at the appointed time. I reviewed with the lead tech what I wanted, answered a few questions to confirm all tasks, and specifically pointed out two *old* stains that previous cleaning companies had failed to remove. Then I got out of the way. Three and a half hours later, they were done. The lead tech said the upholstery would dry quickly, but the carpeting could take 12 to 24 hours. This morning, 16 hours later, I found the upholstery and carpeting dry. Those two stains I pointed out are gone! The furniture and carpeting are 12 years old and it all looks new, refreshed. I am over the moon happy with the results and the professional handling of my carpet and upholstery cleaning from placing the order to waving good-bye to the techs as they pulled out of the driveway! Note that charges are based on square footage to be cleaned. If you have those figures available, the person making the appointment may be able to give you an estimate of the cost. Other companies may be able to do it for less, but, in my opinion, they won't be able to do it better.

Five-Star Review for Yoder Well & Drilling!…read more When I first bought my home, disaster struck -- my well collapsed, leaving me and my three kids completely without water. I was overwhelmed and unsure where to turn. Then I found Yoder Well & Drilling, and I can honestly say they were nothing short of heroes. Despite the tight space and difficult setup in my small yard, they came out right away, handled the challenge like absolute pros, and got a brand-new well installed quickly and flawlessly. It wasn't easy work -- rerunning everything, maneuvering around existing lines, and making it all function perfectly -- but they did it with skill, care, and calm confidence that instantly put me at ease. A few years later, when some pre existing piping started causing issues, they once again showed up first thing the next morning with smiles on their faces, saying, "Let's get you all fixed up." That moment summed up exactly who they are -- dependable, kind, dedicated and genuinely good people who take pride in their work and in helping others. And the pricing was even better than others. Hard to believe the best service And saved money? So thankful this company exists. The entire company is polite, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Their customer service is unmatched -- they treat you like family, not just another job on the list. One of their team members even went out of his way to make sure my cats were safe inside before beginning work, setting them up with food, water, and their feeder. That small act of kindness spoke volumes about their character and respect for both home and homeowner. He didn't have to do that, but he did. The guys that drilled the well always said hello to my kids when they got home each day and answered all of their curiosity questions with warmth and kindness. Beyond their outstanding service, Yoder Well & Drilling offers an impressive range of expertise: Water Wells: From drilling and repair to maintenance and testing, their craftsmanship ensures reliable, long-lasting water systems. Geo-Technical Services: Their advanced soil and subsurface drilling knowledge means accurate data, dependable foundations, and efficient solutions for any project. Geothermal Systems: They're also leaders in environmentally friendly geothermal well installation -- providing clean, sustainable heating and cooling options that save energy and money in the long run. Every part of their work reflects precision, honesty, and genuine care. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is done right the first time, treating your home as if it were their own. If you need a well drilled, serviced, repaired, or are exploring geothermal or geo-technical solutions, look no further -- Yoder Well & Drilling is the gold standard. Their workmanship is impeccable, their team is exceptional, and their integrity is beyond compare. I'm endlessly grateful for everything they've done for my family and home. It's rare these days to find a company that blends skill, professionalism, and kindness so seamlessly -- but Yoder Well & Drilling does it every single time. I could not be more grateful. (If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!)
