When it was delivered i could see it clearly fell either in the delivery guys silver Honda Accord or in transit from the store to the car. The cupcakes and mini cheese cakes were all flipped upside down. When i asked the delivery guy if the tray had flipped over at some point he replied in perfect English, "I don't know, I don't speak English." Very unprofessional to deliver an order looking like a mess. Not happy about this delivery at all.
