We ordered a pizza and a chicken fingers meal through the order now option through Yelp. It was my first time using this feature, so I wasn't sure whether or not it would "work". But to my delight, Jillie's was very convenient to access from 495 and our food was hot and ready a couple of minutes early :-) The pizza was just awesome. The sort of good, old fashioned pizza you remember and crave from your childhood. My daughter loved her chicken fingers meal. The French fries were great as well. As wonderful as the food was, the service was even better. Smiling faces that seemed genuinely happy to help you. I normally dread the long trip up 495 from Worcester to Maine, but now I'm looking forward to the next drive so I can stop at Jillie's again! Going to try the roast beef salad next time!!

First, one star because the burgers were good. Fries were horrible…read more 0 stars because the restaurant itself was absolutely disgusting. Every single table was filthy with dirt and wrappers and grime all over the tables. The condiment station was disgusting with old rappers, sugar packets, sugar, and garbage on the whole thing. The garbage barrels were overflowing, every single one! The soda machines, the ice didn't work in one and the other one, the carbonation didn't work so you had warm flat soda. It was an absolutely horrible environment and so unsanitary and dirty. For those reasons alone, I would never go back.

The service is very good. When I walked in and looked at the refrigerator that had the meats for the sandwiches it struck me that it didn't seem like the same quality meats that I had seen before. I don't know if this was a recent change, but I'm sure it's consistent across locations. We ordered three regular sandwiches, including an Italian, a steak & cheese and a super sub. We made two meals and one an individual sub. The total cost was just under $45. I was genuinely surprised by how much it cost. What equally surprised me was the amount and quality of the meats. It seems sparser than what I remember and not the same quality. The roll, dare I say it, was very subway like. It didn't seem completely done. I was disappointed. There are other alternatives that are greater value and quality.

They may just grab the beef from the fridge, toss on a grill, pat a few times and call it "roast beef". The beef itself is raw,not medium, not medium-rare. It's simply raw and uncooked. It's just horrible. The chicken fingers were over fried. They were extremely dry and even hard to chew on. I still can't image I spent around $25 on these junks.
