The classes also lack equipment like battle ropes, rowers, bikes, ect. I prefer the location, the vibes, the members, and the staff at Valley Fitness Herndon. Its the complete opposite of everything I think about Fort Washington Fitness.

William comes up in a lot of reviews and for good reason. knowledgeable, encouraging without being pushy, and clearly invested in the people who train here. that kind of community doesn't happen by accident. I've been going for several months and the thought of going back to a Planet Fitness or LA Fitness genuinely doesn't appeal to me anymore. After moving closer to the Nees location, we started coming here regularly and were honestly shocked by the difference. Compared to the other locations, this one feels neglected. Especially during the summer, it is so uncomfortably hot inside. With temperatures being 105+ degrees lately, the A/C should absolutely be running, fans should be going, and it should not feel as muggy and stuffy as it does. The other locations don't feel this way at all. On top of that, there are times it smells unpleasant and overall just looks like it's not cleaned or maintained to the same standard. I have noticed a cleaning crew more recently, which is appreciated, but for a private gym (especially one that has won "Best Fitness Center" four years in a row) I expected much better, particularly when the other locations are so nice and well-kept. This Nees location doesn't even compare. That being said, there are definitely positives. I love the equipment selection, it's never overcrowded, and the trainers/staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I just wish this location received the same level of care as the others because it has so much potential.

After meeting all of literally the sweetest trainers ever, they have a forever client in me Yvette the owner is such an incredible business women, always looking for ways to improve her business and make it the best experience for her members. All of the trainers are so patient, sweet, and knowledgeable. Whether you're very experienced at the gym or a complete beginner I promise you'll feel right after home after your first class. They also have short term challenges for weightloss, they're so much fun and I've gotten great results overtime. This is just such an amazing community of women all around. Feel so incredibly blessed to have stumbled upon such a great business. I love to come here on my good days, but even on my worst days... Doyenne is the place to be. Apart from the owners and the coaches being very supportive, other members are welcoming, supportive and team players. You stay motivated to keep pushing yourself because everyone there is cheering you on, it's literally a No Judgment Zone. My kids love the small kids room. It has an open door so I can peek in and it's filled with plenty of toys. The gym has set WOD and it's filled with TRX, CrossFit and Plyometric equipment.
