So far, so great. I was flying blind in need of a lawncare service in a city and a state where I…read moredo not live. In turns out, this was not as difficult as I thought it would be, given the AirBnB world we live in. However, I needed a trustworthy service not for occasional renters, but for elderly parents who look at their home and lawn and landscaping every day. After explaining my dilemma to owner Esteven, he made me and my folks a priority. After calling on 6 services, Artisan was the first to call back and showed empathy to what I needed to do. Where others said it'd be a week or 2 before they could visit the property to do their assessment, Esteven was there by week's end, and came back the very next day to mow, edge, trim and clean-up. My Dad watched with skepticism that anyone could do the job he does (did). They won a hearty 2-thumbs up from Dad. And my stress level has been lowered.

He also anchored loose wiring in the attic which I am unable to get a photo of. Very reasonably priced for quality work. We will definitely be reaching out to Ben & Jamie in the future!

If you want to to do business with possibly the worst "professionals" then choose this company. By…read morefar the worst customer service of any company I've ever done business with. Be prepared to pay your deposit up front and then wait months to get your landscaping done. Also be prepared to have your requests ignored, as we have had. This "company" didn't even plant the correct tree when we agreed upon it several weeks before the day of the landscaping. Also ruined our grass with tractors and machinery. No apologies, just poor customer service and beyond poor communication. Buyer beware.....
