They told me I was out of their area and in addition to the two plus hour transit time, CWC just couldn't afford the cost of the one hundred mile trip either. However, they DID follow up with a message offering to do a one time clean to help the life of this blind hermit feel better about my home. This was a gracious and kind offer for which I am thankful. I did not take them up on the offer as I didn't want to indulge myself at their (kindly) expense. The reason for the 3 star instead of 5 star: a man who came to my door quoted me a 4-6 hour moving time after looking at my home; he also gave me a price estimate. They sent out 3 men and a truck, starting at 9:30am. They were unable to pack all my things in one truck, and had to go back (an hour +delay), finishing the job at 8pm. The cost was shockingly higher than I originally expected. The movers themselves told me they should have arranged 5 men and two trucks to complete the job in a much shorter timeframe. This is a management issue that should be addressed.
