Ordered the "Old Faithful" as a quick meal to take into the park for evening viewing of bear and elk. Turned out the pizza was one of the highlights of the safari experience. Pizza was so delicious and the crust was so crispy. I would definitely recommend to everyone. read more

Tried to be courteous and call ahead to order as it was in the 9PM+ hour and created a "walk in" ticket. Restaurant was empty except 1 table. We wanted eat in, get salads, and drinks . They route you to pay if you called ahead to get the order started; they kicked us out while we waited for pur food despite our wishes to eat in. In an empty restaurant, they moved us to the hall/outside of it and they seated someone who walked in there where we were sitting. Super rude. Again the restaurant was empty and they were seating others at 9:45PM, it was late;, they kicked us put of seats to seat someone else who just arrived. We waited outside and confirmed we can't eat in because they just seated others. Called ownership to verify of this was their intent for their employees to be so brazenly rude and if this is their policy. PLOT TWIST: RUDE OWNERS ARE THE EMPLOYEES. Female owner clicked on hold and didn't talk; male owner called back and confirmed, that is how they operate. They incur $1.50 charge on the $24 pizza therefore you can't eat here. Despite they hadn't incurred the expense as we told them before it was boxed we'd like to stay; he said America has rules and you have to follow the rules. Said he didn't care if I wrote a review three times when I addressed their rudeness and disrespect from my perspective. Pizza was not great *but* the family ate most of it. Service is bizarre, non-existent, and downright rude. And owner said he didn't even care that I wrote this. Ok, here you go, owner. Good pizza spot after a long day at the park! My husband got a gluten free pizza which was cooked on its own pan which was very nice for no cross contamination. I got a pizza and salad too. My personal pan pizza was a perfect size for just me. However, I was so hungry, I'd recommend everyone go one size up if it's your first real meal of the day! We were at Yellowstone for 10 hours. The salad was just okay and the ranch was watered down so I would maybe recommend a different dressing. I don't know what happened but the place has gone down hill. Guess it was sold. The menu is still the same, but the staff is totally different. We had a very hard time understanding our server and she us. I asked about there beers and got a stupid look. Than she pointed to a small card that listed the beers they had. We ordered the same thing we always do, a dinner salad and the Gusher Special Pizza. The salad was ok, no choice of dressing or at least we weren't offered a choice. The salad is your basic lettuce, small grape tomatoes and the one thing my wife hates, sprouts! The pizza came out and looked really great. The first bite told the tale. Not so good. It was very much like raw dough. The toppings are minimal and an over abundance of green peppers. Service was ok in that they came by often to keep asking if everything was good. I have had many, many pizzas from coast to coast. Out of the hundreds of locations that have offered up their wares, this was easily the worst. It was a pizza in the sense that it was on a round shaped dough and covered in toppings. The dough was unsatisfactory, the sauce might have contained spices but they were not consistent with real pizza. Bad dough, bad sauce, a little cheese with I suppose pepperoni, cooked into the milieu. I toughed it out for 1 slice and tossed the rest. I ordered their bison burger. Which is their top listed burger on the menu. I was hoping for good things being the most expensive burger on the menu. What i got was a sad burger on an odd square bun. The bun was kind of doughy like it had cone out of a plastic wrapped bag. There was little preparation to make this a good tasting burger. After running around +15,000 steps and driving Yellowstone all day. I still ate the whole thing because I was hungry and needed some sustenance. I'm tired and hungry, so the fact I decided to write a review shows how little I thought of their food when my needs and expectations are fairly low already. This burger comes with a side. I chose salad. The salad was basically plain ice berg lettuce. Chopped up or maybe from a precut bag. Really sad excuse for salad. So I got up and said I work in West Yellowstone and now we will not recommend this place ever! And I walked out, the male owner literally chased me out the corridor screaming at me that I can't do that and I should know the rules! To be honest the burger wasn't bad, or the tots, but to be stared at when they could've been nice, well, they'll never get any recommendations (in fact it'll be STAY AWAY) from where I work, which we deal with literally 1000's of people asking for recommendations, they will be SOL. read more

Some of our family had been finished eating for 15 minutes before others food was brought out. The waitress was extremely rude and not apologetic at all. Then the Hawaiian pizza. It was a good Canadian ham pizza...with COLD canned pineapples poured on top. In short, the perfect way NOT to make a Hawaiian pizza. Waitress was not to fault.
