The washer and dryer was delivered to us and the workers who installed it were acting a little suspicious, but we thought might be nerves. Anywho they told us not to turn on washer machine for a while as it had to set, and to wait 4 hours well we did and when we started it up the washer machine would make a loud banging noise when it got to the spin cycle, next we notice the floor in our bedroom began to feel wet so we thought a pipe line busted. We called a plumber and no busted line however the connection from the washing machine was not connected properly and it caused a flood. My husband who is a handy man reconnected everything and we noticed the bottom of the washer machine was really really rusted, they sold us an damaged rigged machine. Fast forward a month and I noticed the mattress we got from them has bed bugs, so we had to throw it away. Beware of this company they are not honest and there is nothing dandy about them.

I eventually settled on a couple of maybe selections and almost left to think about it. I ended up buying a pair mostly because of the pleasant people working there. It has become far too normal for retail employees, especially young ones, to greet you with a dismissive "s'up". Both of these two deserve some praise because I probably would have walked away to keep looking elsewhere. I still hate shoe shopping and the shoes are still over priced but I was sold on the great service. Those two are keepers.

They did GREAT work for me a year or so ago, but this time, they completely failed to do what they had agreed to, and left me without a working laptop computer when I very much needed it for my job. After agreeing to make a simple but profitable repair on my laptop for $129 on the Friday before a three-day weekend, Amin (the manager) called me on Tuesday of the next week to say they had not done the work because they found an almost invisible crack in the bottom cover of the laptop. He said they would not do the work unless they were allowed to replace the bottom cover. He said he had tried to call me on Friday, but my phone logs showed no call from Uni. I use this computer for my job. As per our agreement, I had bought the replacement parts and taken Friday off so they could do this work, and had pressing work to do the next week, so their failure to do as they had promised and their after-the-fact notification that they had not done it was a huge problem for me. The work in question required zero technical skills - replacing a keyboard with a broken spacebar, and a damaged but working power port - so I watched a Youtube video of the job, bought compressed air and heat sink compound at Radio Shack, and did it myself. The crack in the bottom cover was not a problem, and the computer works perfectly - I am writing this review using it. I knew Uni would make a good profit off this job - it would have taken a half hour for someone who knew what they were doing- but I figured taking it to them would save me time. I was wrong.
