I was waiting for friends to go eat at a restaurant and just popped in to see what the fuss was about. WOW. I may not know about comics but I know when a store has great inventory. This place was packed with all sorts of unique items. There was no shortage of figurines, spin-off items and comics. I was in a wonderland of fictional characters. I honestly had difficulty processing all the information and stock. The owner was very nice and helpful. I think he realized I was in over my head. He explained a few things to me and he did not patronize my ignorance about the lack of knowledge. We had delightful little small talk. He seemed incredibly knowledgeable and versed on the subject. I did see a few things that I might want to purchase but it had to wait. I plan on a return trip, for sure. The prices seemed reasonable for what they were and their value. Some things were inexpensive and others not so much. This store is in a busy strip mall but access was easy and there are plenty of parking spaces. There is no shortage of spaces in this privately owned lot. Overall, I had a good experience here and my interest is piqued!

The shop owner told me that there was a delay in shipment (which happens a lot) then when it came I ignorantly believed it was a first print (didn't verify, that's on me) and was charge $20 for it! Fast forward years later, I've let that go. I can't go back in time and change it. And I've decided to let it go and continue going to a store that over charges and lies. I bought the Invincible Omnibus volume 1 and it was clearly read and mishandled spine cracked and not in the greatest condition but still paid full price. I could've got it on Amazon for less, NEW. But once again I let it go. I've been going back every week to see if things change but they don't. Then this last time I went the shop owner was entertaining racist conversation from an ignorant customer. It's been over a week since this happened. I usually go in with my headphones because I get over stimulated in a small crowded space like this shop so I've never noticed this before, but that day I didn't have my headphones in. So, I heard everything. I have receipts showing that I've spent over $200 dollars in December/January at this shop and I regret giving them my business. Needless to say I will not be going back.

Many people are usually skeptical on buying used but I can tell you that they examine their merch pretty darn well. I like the simplicity of their bins, displays and easy to find stuff. The variety they carry is nice. The Cons: I personally wouldn't sell my stuff here. They will essentially give you next to nothing for your stuff. Yes, I know, they have to make money to resell and they have to base it off of what's popular and all that. I know how this works. However, when you bring in some AMAZING new condition Criterion blu-rays (11 total) and they offer you $3.87... um, no. Highway robbery at that point. You might as well sell your stuff online. I also think some of their new DVDs are ridiculously overpriced. A brand new DVD for like $25? You're insane. You can buy most brand new DVDs online for $12.
