When I called the owner just now... his response was "I don't know what you want me to do man." Costumer service is not this guy's cup of tea. If he were smart, he would have simply refunded my entire purchase (a whopping $15) apologized, and called it a lesson learned. Nope. Instead he wants negative feedback on Google, Yelp, and eBay. We found our way to the back courtyard and were excited to sit down and enjoy the weather while we waited. Our twelve year old started kicking the soccer ball on the foot pool table. We had no idea this was a payable activity. The owner suddenly came out hollering at us that this is a business, get off the table, and no, you can't just use it. There was no explanation or offer of how to reserve it. Extremely, terribly rude! Come to find out, our 13 year old overheard the owner complaining about people who shop for 50 cent items and don't they know this is a business. We will never step foot in this place again. If this is how they treat their customers, they won't be in business much longer!

This needs a much needed and more recent review, so let's go for it…read more My wife and I just brought our daughter here to spend a day with her filled with things she wants to do before school starts next week, and we were pleased with the selection and the help that they had. The lady working answered all the questions we had and she was attentive while we chose and painted our pieces. The music playing was soothing and helped us concentrate and overall gave a comfortable and focused atmosphere. If you know going in that the cost for adults is $8 and kids is $6, PLUS whatever piece you choose to paint, then there shouldn't be a shock for you that it's "too expensive". Honestly, the value is understandable and worth it. Once you're done with your work, they'll fire your piece in the kiln and it will take 7-10 days. The waiting period might be a little long imo but it is what it is.
