I am so very unhappy with this florist. I had a friend and her mother that helped me out in a difficult time when one of my best friends died. I ordered thru FTD a gorgeous arrangement. What they received didn't look anything like I ordered. Many of the type of flowers in the picture were left out. It was not arranged attractively. I contacted fTD after my friend posted pics of this arrangement on facebook. Very upset. I explained in detail what I had ordered and the type of flowers that were in the order. I understand that sometimes substitutions need to be made, but when less of the amount of flowers are used and some that are fairly common are totally left out that is wrong. FTD said they would contact the florist (whose name I did not know at that time) and a new corrected bouquet would be delivered the next day. It was not. Instead I received a message from my friend that the company called Absolute Design by Brenda was going to come out the following day and add some flowers to the arrangement. That is ridiculous. But "Brenda" did so and my friend sent me an other picture. It was better but still not as good as I ordered. I called Brenda that night and she answered. I told her about my dissatisfaction and she wanted to make excuses. I didn't want to listen as no excuse was good enough. I ordered these flowers to be delivered on the day my friend was off work, a Monday. They were delivered but as I stated were not satisfactory at all. Her mother is disabled and she had to be awake and alert when Brenda fixed the bouquet by adding some flowers. A new bouquet should have been delivered. Brenda would have had a picture from FTD as to what I ordered and did not fulfill her obligation. I have contacted FTD about her and suggested they never use her again. I am from Topeka but moved about 8 months ago. Familiar with most local florists but not her company. If you want to make sure you get something right and order thru a local florist use University Flowers. They are the best and have again in difficult times for me delivered exactly what I requested. read more
