No card, cash only, no sign to made and want us to use a atm that's inside their own shop. I know of other places that take card.

I love Green Nugget. The service is always wonderful. The bud tenders are AMAZING. One of the bud tenders I absolutely enjoy is Skye, she's great! Skye is very knowledgeable and knows the selection and value of what I'm looking for. The atmosphere is great I always feel comfortable when I walk in your establishment read more

Green Nugget has been consistently the cheapest and highest quality for the price in the county, even with inflation making the weed pricier. They heavily incentivize online orders with good deals. I got an ounce for $10 from a brand I really like last time I went. I usually come in for a cheap ounce every few weeks and it's consistently between $15-$25. The staff there is also always friendly. They have my patronage for the foreseeable future. read more

i've never had an issue here before, anytime i didn't have a device that worked properly they always honored their policy and exchanged it. Yesterday i bought a disposable and it stopped working the same day, they told us to bring it back and as soon as we walked in they immediately told us "no we can't do anything cause it's gone" like..no it's not it's been not even 24 hours. no one else in the store got turned away except for My sister and I the only 2 people of color in the store, they then refused to give us a corporate number so we could ask about the policy because she changed her wording on us. never going here again, shitty pricing, shitty people and a fuck ass policy that they change depending on the person, they will also laugh at you on the phone if you tell them what they are doing wrong, zero stars if possible. read more

Not sure what I think of them yet.... I simplyGreat prices great product and really cool people wouldn't trade them for nothing read more

This store does not crack down too hard on their employees. Smoking which I get it's the industry. But when they cannot get my orders right? And then treat me like shit because they have to fix their own mistakes.I'm done with this store!!!! read more

They have a huge selection of carts, concentrates, flower, edibles, glass etc., and the staff are truly knowledgeable about their products. It's always clean and the store is set up nicely. The check out is usually fairly quick, and the prices are unbeatable. Definitely my favorite and go to cannabis store. read more

Well let's just say I'd give them no stars if possible. Bought 2 14g smalls by GLW and they are hermied out to the point of removing the male flower resulted in no issuable cannabis. If you were bold enough to try and smoke it, it leaves a bitter taste in your mouth. Just like the service at this dispensary. GLW knows the weed isn't worth a quarter of what they sell it for. It's honestly garbage. NOBODY WANTS TO SMOKE MALE FLOWER. I have written the dispensary 3 times in 2 weeks and they won't acknowledge the fact that they are selling less than okay flower. I'd rather smoke brick weed then pay as much as we do for cannabis just to have it look good, but be a dumpster fire on your lungs, wallet and your trust In Companies. I won't be back to this dispensary and I certainly won't be buying GLW anymore. They can have the company go under at this point. read more

my complaint with this place is the have a point system but points cannot be used on discounted items which is every item in the store........ read more

Have to clear the name from these bad reviews- probably had one bad experience but I've been going here for 3-4 years now and almost never fails to have the best product for the price over any other dispo in town. Unbeatable deals all the time and good people, best dispo in town imo read more

(My Actual name is Chance, in case Casey is reading this) Big shout out to my bud tender Casey. I bought a couple carts that weren't working with my battery (it's very small/cheap) so I headed back the next day to return the carts. I was nervous at first that the staff were going to be uninterested/rude with me but Casey completely subverted those fears. He was attentive and honest with me, got me new cart and a new battery for the other cart. Both work great now! Had to tip $3 for the respect. Apart from customer service these guys also have the best deals, almost every day there's some big sale! 10/10 read more

they are more than willing to make up prices for their oils and bud. They say one thing when you go to check out and then when you get up to the register, they tell you something completely different I wasted money on coming to Green nugget for a gram oil that cost $7.20 when I got to the store they're charging me almost 10 bucks read more

Sold me a fake cartridge with tobacco juice in it. When I confronted them about it they were rude and did nothing to try to rectify the situation or back their product besides offering me some "points" on my rewards account. The cartridge had a typo on it that was red flag number one. It didn't get me high res flag number two, it tasted like a recycled cigar was the final red flag and when I told them I was going to take my business elsewhere they seemed unfazed. Green greed at its finest. Avoid these jokers and their fake products and rude underwhelming staff who are tip hungry and customer service zeros. read more

Horrible selection. Unprofessional staff. Head up the road t Lovely Buds, you won't be dissapointed.

I've had a terrible experience multiple times going in there. The staff is inattentive and unprofessional. I have come in several times and heard employees speaking inappropriately and highly sexist. One young male employee I believe was a night manager was bragging about inappropriate pictures he had received from a young woman with another coworker as well as other highly sexual inappropriate dialogue in front of me and several other customers. How on earth this place hasn't been shut down for sexual harassment is beyond me. I feel awful for their female staff. You can get the same weed anywhere in Spokane. Most places with better deals. I highly would recommend avoiding this store. On a more positive note I had a homegirl go in there and get a free half ounce because it wasn't scanned so the incompetence of their management can pay off for your benefit. But overall, the fact that this kind of behavior is occurring especially by management is troublesome and this is not a business I would ever support again. I recommend for anyone else to consider that next time before choosing to support this business. read more

Nichole, Is a fantastic person to deal with. Always smiling and happy. Remembers my name, even with masks on. I look forward to seeing her she makes me feel welcome, as do all of the staff, I don't go anywhere else. The point system can't be beat for discounts. read more

So this was actually my first visit tonight and it was close to closing time since I had just gotten off work. Just wanted to say thank you again to the AMAZING staff working tonight! Great team here and super helpful. Couldn't believe how friendly they were. This will definitely be my new go-to store. Thanks again. read more

Rachael is the best budtender around. Always takes her time to find the right product for you. Won't bs you and tell you to it how it is. You'll walk out with something you like! Ask for her you won't be disappointed! read more

Ok place but kinda creepy hardly any employees are covering their nose with a mask when its illegal to do that as an employee right now a couple employees even came into the main room with customers without a mask and got pretty close to people. read more

Very knowledgeable staff. I haven't smoked in a while because I lived elsewhere that it wasn't legal. I went in with about 100 questions to ask, and left with all of them answered. I didn't feel embarrassed or shy to ask because they made me feel comfortable. I will continue to frequent this business! read more

the used to accept cards but now its cash only for some reason even though they have the equipment to do so im not sure why they quite other then the assumption people were taking more then what was paid for I dont know for sure just an assumption but also the carts are ok at first then they start having problems "after so much use or so many days theres a no return policy" which is crap cause some people like to buy abundance and smoke when needed not try every cart they have on the first day thats kinda ridiculous also imagine buying one cart... it hits good the first day the second day it hits alright but you can tell its struggling or even cloggs up try a different battery same shit so why does it do so well the first time but not the times after? and also why is there a certain limit to the return of products, if shit aint working right then i dont expect a full refund but give me something better cause you promised good product. ! read more

This company doesn't replace broken product whoever thought 48 hours was long enough to know if an unopened cart is broken is a moron.

This place is off the hook with options. They are trying all kinds of new things out and expanding their variety. Will come back again as the gal helping me for finding exact specific needs and wants did a great job. read more

For my first time in i felt a little lost and stood around for a while before I was even helped , staff was not too friendly either . do better. read more

I can't believe that I walked in to the store on Francis where I was greeted by a worker who during the COVID-19 crisis had no reason for being there except to drive the price of weed up even higher due to unnecessary staff present and I guess she earns a living telling people to remove their hat which is a dreadful waste of space, I will be demanding that my employees as well as anyone who will listen go anywhere but your store and when they do, I will buy each and every one of them a 1/4 ounce on me, thank you very much for wasting my valuable time, I pray that you receive the same incompetent service that I did! read more

Can't understand that there are no reviews here yet. This is the best place to get good deals by far. Friendly quick service. It can get very busy in there. Large variety of products. It's best to not go in when you're stoned though. You don't want to be standing in the middle of the sales floor for 30 min just trying to figure out what you came in for. read more

If you know anyone that works inside the building and have anything in the past with them don't come here. They will avoid helping you and so will other helpers in the store. Great shop great place to go but why have 4 people out to help you when they all stand there and look at you trying to pick something out . Customer service blows great place for deals though read more

Nice and knowledgeable budtenders. I hate when i go into a shop, whether recreational or medical, and the budtenders are pretentious or unhelpful or too cool to tip you in the right direction. Yeah so i don't know everything about buying bud. I just want something terrific for what I have to spend and I want it to have x properties. Here I don't feel unwelcome or an interruption. They have great selections at every price range. There are a ton of shops in Spokane and I always choose this one. You should too. read more

Hands down, the best customer service I have ever received at any shop. Between the wide selection and great prices I don't think it gets any better than this! read more

This is the most unprofessional recreational weed store in washington..I bought a joint that was crap called to let them know and was treated like trash..there are 66 locations in spokane I recommended you go to another one..but hey if you like crappy weed and shity service this is the place for you...#theworst read more

Last TWO times I've been in for oil BOTH my bud tenders didn't know which strains were Sativa and which were Indica so they just said, "Oh these 7 grams are all Sativas." Only one was. Also asked for NO SHATTER and 5 of the 7 grams were shatter. Horrible bud tenders (except one dude with glasses and a beard) that don't know their product and only care about making a sale. Bummed to say I will probably be supporting Locals Canna House or Treehouse Club instead of The Green Nugget all due to employees not knowing their weed and not being able to consult a fellow employee if unsure. read more

The owners don't care about their employees and management doesn't even know how to buy good weed. They sell old and moldy weed. The employees are the most incompetent weed sellers I've ever met. The only good employee they have is this really pretty girl with a bunch of tattoos and glasses. I would stay far away from the green nugget if i was you. The prices may be right but that's only because it was grown over a year and a half ago or its moldy. I would never go back if it was the last weed store in Washington state. read more

First visit there and I was talked into buying some trash bud. I told the girl it was too cheap to be any good ($100 for oz). She kept telling me it was good so I bought it. Crappy pot. Must have been stripped for concentrate first? I won't be back read more
