I did not complain because I figured it was a one off and being in the service industry myself - I know things are missed sometimes. Well this second time, went tonight and yet again, they messed up my pizza ordered bacon beef and pineapple and they gave me pepperoni and beef. Not to mention the severe lack of cheese. Called to complain and the lady hung up on me. I called back more furious than ever and the manager I spoke with was rude and unapologetic. Told me I need to come back right now and bring the wrong pizza to check if it was actually wrong So drove back to the store and they had a food delivery for the kitchen, dropped all the mushrooms on the ground and proceeded to pick them up and put back in the basket to bring to the kitchen. Not a good look when the manager and another fella followed me to my car and demanded I give him back the pizza

Naturally, I wanted to get her something, and of course it had to be sweets. An hour before her cake delivery the bakery basically said it wasn't coming. In a panic, I looked for another dessert option. None in her area for that time block. I saw this pizza shop and I knew they would have dessert. I ordered an assortment of all of their desserts and asked if they could write happy birthday on the box. They went above and beyond printed out a happy birthday sign for me. You guys are the real deal and I can't wait to come and try the pizza when I visit Vancouver. Also, shout out to the delivery driver he made it on time which seemed impossible.

But I have to say its better quality than Boston Pizza. We also had the homemade pretzels. They are small, roughly 4 inches wide, but tasty. The dijon mustard was a little disappointing. Picked up my pizza and the young person at the counter was friendly and attentive and cheerful. Drove home to find out that they gave me the wrong pizza, called to explain and they told me that I could drive all the way back (on a cold & rainy night) and pick up my pizza that was still sitting there because they mixed up the order. I declined. Young staff on the phone asked owner if I could get some portion of a credit, owners declined. Won't be back. Gave 2 stars. EDIT: At 10:02 p.m. the manager Mike called to say that he would deliver my pizza that was sitting on the oven (they close at 10:00 p.m.), I declined. I live alone and do not need two pizzas for dinner. Too little, too late. He also blamed the mix-up on the young person who served me - that's not cool, what happened to "supporting your staff and having their back". I previously forgot to mention that I worked in two pizzerias when I was young and learned that you're supposed to "make things right". Changed my review to 1 star.

The online ordering system was so quick and easy and the pizza was ready right when they said it would be. The couple running the place is so nice too. They ran out of sour cream for the pizza so they let us choose another dip for free (we chose Roasted Garlic). We all loved the pizza and it totally tasted like eating nachos! Moreover, they definitely don't skimp on toppings as the pizza was chock full of toppings. We also really enjoyed the crust as it almost tasted like a pan pizza. All that to say we'll definitely be back to try out more of their undoubtedly delicious offerings! This small business is so worth supporting!

It was absolutely terrible. $32 bucks for a $16 dollar pizza. I should have just sent it back the moment the delivery guy handed it to me and it weighed nothing. The quality of ingredients can be found at a local dumpster fire. Shame on them. For $6 bucks more I could have gotten a premium pizza from San Remo that weighed twice as much. Unfortunately, I was at my sisters and way out of delivery service. A lesson learned I guess. Don't order from them unless they half their ridiculous prices. Even then it's garbage.
