Since my husband and I live out of state, the employees told us (and it is clearly posted) that they would ship our items. I received the items yesterday and the platter was broken. Unfortunately, it was shipped in a very flimsy box with little tape and padding. The package was not secure in any way. Obviously we were disappointed that our item did not arrive as we were looking forward to seeing it. I reached out to the business and asked for a manager or owner. I was told that the employee I was speaking to could handle my issue. After explaining the problem and asking for a refund of the cost of the platter and shipping, she told me she needed to speak with the owner and get back to me. When the employee returned my call she said the owner had insured my package for $100 through the carrier and I should just submit a claim to them. I told the employee since they had poorly packaged the ceramics, they should make the claim and in either case, refund the cost. I then received an email from the owner stating that they make no refunds on items shipped. Although most people reading this will not need to utilize shipping from Create It, I think it is important to note the over-all attitude towards customer service. In this case, it would not be difficult for the owner to do the right thing. I will make the claim, but doubt it will be refunded since it's obvious to anyone that this package was in no way packed appropriately.

Audrina was friendly, informative, and reassured me I can enjoy my child/guests because she had everything covered. She was very hands on and didn't want us doing anything. Every team member on the party floor were kind and ready to assist. When the staff is kind to you, of course it always makes you excited to return. I have not experience anything like it. The only thing I would say that was negative was the bathrooms were not well maintained. Otherwise great experience. Thank you Audrina for making it easy on mom and dad allowing us to enjoy our son's happiness.

My daughter is autistic and I especially appreciate how understanding, patient, and helpful the staff here is with my daughter. They give you happy face sticker that lets staff know that she has special needs. My daughter loves their play area for little kids. She spends probably the most time in there before heading to the ninja course then on to arcade action. Finally, she loves the foam pit and trampolines. Both of our children loved every teacher and every classroom they were in throughout the years. They were always excited to go to TLE, and they believed that every classmate was their friend. The classrooms were lovely, clean and well organized. The meal plan was superb, and very convenient. The outdoor play areas were large, shaded, customized to age range and abilities, and filled with bikes, water pads, and sensory toys. Communication with the director, Kenzie, and assistant director, Rosie, was immediate, considerate and thorough. Our eldest was fully prepared for kindergarten when she graduated from TLE. She understood classroom dynamics and expectations, and she had mastered measurable skills in language, reading, math and art. Our youngest was loved and nurtured during his time at TLE, and the teachers were incredible at supporting us during potty-training and different developmental stages. There is a lot of love, care, and attention to detail in this safe, professional and fun little school. We miss it a lot!

We have been to several of the plays over the years and each one had characters/performers that engulfed the room with their theatrical presence..Being so close to the stage is like being an active participant feeling the array of emotions and witnessing the unfolding of the script. Knowing some of the actors brings a whole different reality....seeing them in character so opposite of their normal personality you wonder if they have a multi personality disorders...Interesting to see the play with a room full of people and the actors act as if we did not exist and were watching through a one way mirror. All of them completely consumed with perfection for the roles being played...Being a one stage setup the change of scenes are limited but effective. To compliment the evening they have a well stocked bar of local wines, beverages and treats.....

At Seedlings, the children get to be outside at all time which is great during the pandemic. They play together, sing songs, make crafts, garden, learn about nature and of course enjoy healthy food. Miss Juli is wonderful. She cares for the kids and their family as well. She absolutely nurture the kids social and emotional needs. So grateful that Seedlings is our daughter first experience with school.
