Only downside, was we (myself and mom who uses a cane) had seats reserved on the Mezzanine and got there only to find out there were steep stairs and no elevator. Went and spoke to the friendliest usher (wish I had asked her name) and she quickly found us seats on the main floor.

Zero traffic management =massive traffic delays. Event ingress is similarly poor. Untrained staff, disorganized entry. Massive delays as they enact security theater on thousands. I'm due there were people on line who would miss the entire first act while trying to get in. Food/drink lines similarly screwed up. Card readers not working, slow service, very slow throughput. No excuse for this level of service. After wet make it to our table at the front of the lawn we discover the band is in there at far end of the building - at least 150ft away!.Cannot even see the stage. This odd at concert - you are music going to watching it in projection. Nobody inside either. Just put the simmer stage at the back of the billing and make it an outdoor theater- not this idiotic double venue. Ungodly loud. Hitting over 120db on spl! Gen sorry for folks without hearing protection- this will cause hearing damage. Nice sound system, but irresponsibly loud. First class venue with third-world event management. It'sa real shame, this place could be incredible if someone who knew how to manage events took over. Take a clue and study how the Greek Amphitheaters in Berkeley does things. Maybe it's just an I'm too old/it's too loud thing. Or maybe SSU of running the potential of this resource with such tremendous potential. Truly disappointing...

You don't have to be a pro to receive excellent instruction here. A large variety of classes are offered for adults and teens, especially focusing on ballet and pointe, and these classes are no joke! While the instruction is professional and detailed, there is no need to worry about dress code or a toxic atmosphere. After that, I managed to gain some coordination and my passion for organized dance grew into Salsa, Bachata, Swing, and more. Now approaching our upcoming wedding, I didnt even think twice about who to chalenge with trying to teach our families how to dance for our special day because I knew John Ross was the man for the job. We scheduled a private lesson for us as a couple for our first dance, and to teach my dad and my fiance's mom for the father-daughter and mother-son dances. We did have our dance song picked out, and John didn't hesitate to step in helping us pick a song for us together as a group. My mom, future mother in law and I have all had extensive dance lessons and were very much at home on the dance floor. I will have to phone back to the original number I called and get a refund...this is what I was trying to avoid by calling and speaking to a person who could help coordinate. I spoke to the same customer service representative who informed me that the tickets were not refundable but that we could donate them to the school if we did not want to attend the performance:[ Forward to now. My husband decides to surprise me with Diana Ross tickets. He purchases them through the Website which wants to know if he would like to also purchase dinner and wine for this performance...what a great idea! He clicks yes and lands on a page to order food and drink. He then receives a receipt that says our food was ordered for a different performance than the one we are attending. He phones to let them k now that there is a mistake. He is informed that it is too late ..the performance that the food was prepared for has come and gone, no refund for us. Hey wait a minute what about the bottle of wine? Oh, we drank that too:)
