    Bed and balcony

Going on our second night here for July 4th weekend 2026 and we are loving this place. Booked a Bayview Balcony Room with the breakfast. Staff is very nice and professional. Room is clean and spacious with amazing views of the bay. We were able to see the drone show and the fireworks from our room. Balcony is HUGE. Very convenient location to great restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Tonight we are going to Divorce'e at Club Space to hear Danny Tenaglia which is just a short walking distance. The only thing I sort of laughed about was for such a huge balcony, there were only two uncomfortable metal chairs. It would be nice if they got some cushions. I can understand not putting more than two chairs so it doesn't promote more than two people in the room so I get it. Balcony time would have been nicer with more comfortable outdoor furniture. Included breakfast was a limited menu but more than adequate selections. Parking was a separate charge of $94.50 for two nights which IMO should have come with a carwash to make the cost more appealing but just my opinion.

I came here during the month of December for a cruise and this was our hotel before we headed out. It is very close to the cruise port and only a 15 minute walk to the bayside marketplace. This hotel isn't bad by any means. Our room had a great view, huge shower with good water pressure, and was clean and modern. I will say the room was on the smaller side, as we had a corner room it was hard to find adequate space on the floor to fully open our luggage. All the employees we encountered were super kind and accommodating. The gym was super nice so definitely take advantage of it if you can. I was a tad disappointed that the pool closed at sunset. I wanted to use it at night at least the jacuzzi but it closed at 6pm (super early). The only con's I have is that the hotel is right next to a busy road so there was constantly noise of cars revving their engines, police sirens, people walking by and yelling, etc. The bed also wasn't the most comfortable but it wasn't terrible either. Eventually I was able to sleep but you do have to note since you are in a good location close to the hustle and bustle of downtown Miami there will be a lot of noise. The nightstands also didn't have charging ports so I had to make use of the wall plug which was a bit far from the bedside.

Very chic and cool hotel. Very friendly and clean. Rooms are spacious and clean with good solid walls for less noise. Pool is awesome and valet parking is easy

View was pretty, bed was comfy, but that's kind of where it ends. My fault for not finding parking beforehand. You can park at the garage on site, but it's $43 a day. Room felt nice, but many of the things were just not that nice. -TV had lines on it as if the screen was starting to go out. -Lamp hangs right in the way of TV- just kind of a weird set up. -Drawer was stuck in place and couldn't be used. -Shower handle could easily come off. -Hand held shower head could not get turned on- no knob anywhere to be found. -Makeup Mirror on wall was starting to lean; won't be long before it falls off. -Locks on entry door and patio door don't work. There's a magnet that "locks" the front door, but doesn't feel super secure especially since the manual lock didn't work. The latch lock on the back door worked I guess, but it wasn't attached at all. The manual lock didn't work either lol. -Hotel isn't "kid-friendly", risque photos everywhere. -Weirdly difficult to get to the top floor. Have to take one elevator to floor 12 (as high as it goes), walk a ways out another door to another elevator which will then take you up to where you need to go. For what a hotel is, this place works fine considering the deal we got. An ok place to sleep and the view is pretty. As far as the rest of it, unimpressed.

I cannot emphasize enough how awful my experience was at this hotel. The hospitality was nonexistent, and the staff--from the front desk to the director of hospitality, Veronica mostly--were utterly incompetent. This place is a disaster and a complete waste of money. If you're considering booking here, don't. Save yourself the nightmare I endured. From the moment I checked-in to the moment I checked-out, the entire experience was a complete trainwreck. They charged my card $300 for incidentals--double the price of the room--without any clear explanation. And then the disasters began. Room 1: Upon entering, I was greeted by an open trap door exposing Wi-Fi routers--a sight that was both unprofessional and unsettling. The window was also open and couldn't be properly closed. When I reported the issue to the front desk, they moved me to another room. Room 2: Same issue--windows that were visibly open, letting in a breeze, and no way to close them. To make matters worse, I was gaslit by Veronica who claimed the windows weren't actually open. It was clear they were, and no solution was offered. Room 3: This was by far the worst. It was located near the pool, which meant loud, blasting music all day long chosen by the bartender from the poolside bar. The room itself was filthy: an unknown substance was smeared and running down the walls, sticky residue coated the table, someone's dried contact lenses from a previous stay were left on the nightstand, and the blinds were broken and had to be fixed by maintenance. To top it all off, the room didn't have an iron or steamer. After receiving no help from staff, I hunted down a housekeeper myself, who informed me that every room should have one--but mine didn't. As if the issues with the rooms weren't bad enough, the restaurant and room service were equally appalling. At 3:30p, I went to the 3rd-floor restaurant, only to be told it didn't open until 5p. When I returned at 6p, the same bartender treated me with confusion and indifference. When I asked for a table for one, he ignored me and repeatedly asked, "Do you want water?" After that bizarre encounter, I gave up and left. Thinking room service might be a better option was my next mistake. When I called to place an order, I was told to hang up and dial a different number--only for that number to call the same person back again. This ridiculous back-and-forth continued until someone decided to come to my room to take my order in person. Even then, he was confused, claiming the items I requested weren't on the menu--even though I was using the QR code provided in my room. After repeating my order four times, the director of housekeeping, Dianna, finally got involved. However, even with Dianna's involvement, nothing improved. She confirmed that the phone lines in my room were incorrectly routed to the poolside bar instead of the restaurant. This baffling mismanagement summed up my entire experience. By the time I finally got my food, I had to walk into the kitchen myself to retrieve it. To make matters worse, although Dianna assured me the meal would be comped, the charge mysteriously appeared on my bill at checkout. It was as if the hotel staff had no record of the endless issues I had experienced--let alone any intention of resolving them. Key takeaways from my stay: * The hospitality is horrendous. * The staff are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent at every level. * Rooms are filthy, poorly maintained, and riddled with issues. * The restaurant and room service are a complete joke. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.

They offer free hot breakfast, mini fridge and microwave in the room, cruise shuttle at time of this review is priced at $12 with pick up times at 10a, 11a, and 12p. If you miss breakfast, they had breakfast bags with fruit and other grab and go items. You will need your room key to access the laundry room and guest floors. There is no carpet in the room I was in (basic king- not the elite level) and pets are not allowed. Service animals only. The hotel has a lobby bar, three restaurants are located right next door (Sproutz, Batch Gastropub, and Shahs of Kabob). I dined at Sproutz and Shahas of Kabob and both are good, but they are not affiliated with the hotel. I stayed 3 nights prior to my cruise and I really enjoyed my stay. The air conditioner worked with no issues, pillows are very soft, bed was firm, but not uncomfortable and I slept better in that bed, than my own. There is a master light switch to control the overhead light in the entry and bathroom. You can operate them separately (it just takes some flipping of lights to figure it out). Decent water pressure and nice, hot water at night. Morning time I suggest getting your shower in early. Hot water is still present but not as hot as it was the night before. Tip- I took my shower at 5/6am the morning of checkout and the water was hot and perfect for a nice shower before leaving for cruise. Staff was always smiling, friendly and willing to assist. Carlos at the concerige desk is very helpful, ask for his recommendations and he is more than happy to assist. The 7th floor has the laundry facility, but many machines were out of order. This is going on my pre cruise hotel list because it was the perfect hotel and the perfect location. It was about a 15min ride to the cruise port and airport. The cruise port ride was booked for 8am, so I beat the 9am bumper car cruise port traffic. The video I posted is short and quick, but a glimpse of the room

I checked in on the app the day before and picked the room. We parked in the garage, went to the lobby, and got our room keys. As we went to the room, there was a sign on the door indicating the room was occupied. I was surprised and ended up going back to the lobby to see what happened. It turns out that the app was glitchy and we were put in a different room number. The lady behind the counter made adjustments and we were able to stay on the same floor as what I originally picked, but in a different room. The room had a king bed, a fridge, microwave, a TV, drawers, and a bathroom with a shower. It was very clean. We got two drink vouchers to redeem at the lobby/pool bar, which was a plus, to enjoy while we were at the pool. The hotel has a fitness center as well. The continental breakfast provided a selection of coffee and juices for the beverages. The food items consisted of a waffle bar, different types of pastries, and breakfast foods to choose from. They offered a little more than some of the other locations I have been at.

My gf and I stopped through here on our way out before boarding our flights later in the afternoon. If you're toting your luggage and not a hotel guest, you will have to find another hotel to store your luggage while enjoying this most decadent brunch experience. Luckily we arrived early enough to our reservations to sort that out. Reservations are a must if you don't want to wait. The restaurant is gorgeous with various spaces designed differently but keeps to the exotic Asian theme. Dining in the atrium near the water feature in the middle with stage for the musicians is where we had our experience. Olga was our server. She brought us our special beverages not available at the bar: Bloody Mary's and endless bubbly in our glasses The offerings here are more than I can name, but there is something to satisfy every craving. The favorite for me is the caviar bar. It comes with all the proper fixings on a blini with Crème fraîche. Do you need a vodka shot to go with? Yes, that's also available also at the caviar station. Fresh raw oysters, clams or shrimp cocktail is available in abundance with everything else here. The ceviche was great. I passed on all the various noodles but had to have some lamb curry and basmati rice- delicious! I had some Peking Duck and leg of lamb at the meat station. The filet mignon and lamb chops was ordered and brought to the table. The leg of lamb and filet were slightly dry but still good. The lamb chops with chimichurri sauce was amazing- nuances of vibrant flavors. Assorted fresh fruits were a colorful collection of enticements. I saw some papaya and enjoyed its fresh, sweet juiciness. I am not a dessert person but had to try the key like pie. Then of course, the matcha dessert is a sitting temptation next to the pie. So, my dessert spoils were more than intended. What the hell right? Lol That was the sweet ending to my Setai brunch. There was so much more such as bread, fried stuff, eggs, bagel station, toast etc. One can only eat so much. I stuck to enjoying my favorites. The experience is pricey but so worth it. It is truly the best brunch experience I've ever had. - better than Vegas and a cruise ship!! I always have to experience a Setai brunch whenever in Miami!

First, the good, it's an awesome location on the southern tip of Brickell Key. The pool was wonderful and gets mostly continuous sun exposure during the day. My balcony faced west so I had sun during the afternoon as well (perfect for a tan). Honestly, I never felt like I needed to leave the resort being a pool guy. The base price room was spacious and mostly clean with a separate shower and tub. The bad- the service wasn't great here. I felt like anytime I needed something I had to ask 3-4 times before staff would remember (including freebies that were part of the room rate). The one time I asked a concierge for assistance he was super brash telling me to go talk to the front desk. The property felt old and in need of a renovation (again it's being demolished so not surprising in that context). Also, a lot of the ads for the resort promote its beach which no longer exists- it's now a model home for the condos going in. The hotel is pricey and gratuity is auto-included at 20% for everything which would be fine if the service was better and they didn't ask for additional tip on top of it. I wish I stayed here 20+ years ago because it felt like in its hay day this was a swanky hotel. Today, it's tired, on its last months, and the staff really don't seem like 5-star talent (as a benefit to the doubt most people would be unmotivated if things were shutting down too). Part of me is excited to try the new hotel whenever it opens, part of me wonders if the poor service is just part of the brand. The gym was tacky- literally they just through equipment in 6ish guest rooms with the doors propped open. Kind of funny but not 5-star hotel caliber.
