I have been coming to Christine's Salon for four years and have always had a great experience with…read morethe other stylists here. Unfortunately, today was an absolute nightmare, and I had by far the worst haircut of my entire life. I had an appointment with Holly for my regular male side part fade. I even showed her a picture of how I usually get it done. She started using the clippers without a guard/spacer, cut it way too short, and realized she couldn't blend it. I am now left looking half-bald on the side with long hair on top. Instead of owning up to the mistake, she spent over 40 minutes trying to "fix" it while blaming me. She kept yelling and repeatedly telling me that my hair is "too difficult" and that my head is "shaped wrongly." I have had hundreds of haircuts in my life, and no one has ever said that. There was a clear language barrier, so I kept repeating the word "fade" and tried to stay calm, but being yelled at and insulted made it a terrible, humiliating experience. I am honestly ashamed of how I look right now. I will never let Holly touch my hair again. If you visit this salon, stick to the other stylists who actually do a great job. Avoid Holly at all costs.

He easily accommodated my 5-year-old on his chair with something to prop her up. He's good at what he does. Color & cut. He's very personable & funny. But more importantly, he's not overpriced. His prices are fair. And not over the top like a lot of salons in the area. Only takes cash or check fyi.

I never complained about hair cut, it's will be my first time, absolutely no skill The stylist…read moreshowed almost no scissor technique during the entire haircut. Instead, she used a razor/sliding technique from beginning to end. I asked for my hair to be thinned out, but she just kept shaving more hair off the top, making it shorter and puffier instead of reducing the bulk properly plus she cannot cut even She also kept insisting that she knew what she was doing instead of listening to my concerns. Before starting, she didn't ask what style I wanted, how I wanted the layers, or discuss the haircut at all. simply started cutting. If all you want is a basic trim or to cut your hair shorter, this place may be fine. But if you're looking for high layers, butterfly layers, textured layers, or a customized haircut, I would not recommend coming here. In my experience, there was no proper scissor cutting -- she relied almost entirely on the razor throughout the haircut.
