We held our wedding reception at Grapevine Banquets, and it was one of the best decisions we made for our day. From our first phone call, Bev made us feel taken care of. She was so kind, accommodating, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly--not just professionally, but with heart. Planning a wedding from out of state can be overwhelming, but Bev made it feel easy. She was always quick to respond, full of helpful suggestions, and incredibly patient with our questions. On the big day, the room looked beautiful, everything flowed perfectly, and the staff handled every detail with care. On the night of, we were taken care of by Amanda who kept the night running smooth and helped us stay on our schedule! Came for a wedding and I was impressed with the gorgeous and modern decor. The entryway is large enough to accommodate the folks waiting to get table assignments and there's seating too. The restrooms are nice and clean. The ballroom we were in was so spacious and comfortable. The setup was conducive to our needs and we enjoyed ourselves. The food...the warm bread was the star of the show. So airy and buttery. It complements the meatballs and chicken very well. Our bartender made great cocktails with great energy throughout the night. We recently hosted a meat raffle at the Grapevine Banquet Hall. It was very spacious and we got a lot of compliments about it from the people who attended. The staff was accommodating and great to work with. They did all the set up and clean up, which was huge after throwing a big event. We look forward to using them again next year! read more

I can't say enough about how nice the Mother's Day brunch here really was. The food was excellent, plentiful, and the variety and food available was almost overwhelming. Everything was fresh and tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The event itself was only $30 for the brunch and was in their large double room with all the beautiful chandeliers and decoration. There is plenty of parking here available for any event and it's not hard to get to just minutes from the 90 or 33 depending on where you're coming from. I've not experienced an event here other than the brunch but I can assure you we'll be back for that again next year! read more

I got married May 2022. Thinking about them as a vendor still makes me upset, every other part of my wedding and wedding planning experience was great except for dealing with the Grapevine, Depew. I had picked out buffet from their menu after meeting with them, along with the food items. Then a few weeks before the wedding they tell me I can't have a buffet, they want me to do plated. This wasn't possible, i already got my RSVPs, I'm not going to call hundreds of people for their food choices. So finally they ended up allowing me to keep buffet, which is all i ever wanted, but tagged on $4.00 a person because I wouldn't agree to switch to plated. Not only that, they made me switch to food items I didn't want, but still charged me $4.00 extra as they said in their emails "The cost increase is based on your selection to continue with a buffet service." Also, there were cancelations due to covid, about 12 people. They wouldn't refund me ANYTHING for that, even though i gave notice. They even made me pay for the bar fee and the extra hour of open bar fee, and the $4.00 extra surprise buffet charge for these people who had covid and couldn't make it. Do not use Grapevine for your wedding, they took so much of my money and added these surprise charges last minute, along with the stress of not letting me have a buffet out of the blue weeks before the wedding. I came for an event and here's how the evening went. There were only two bars open and the bartenders were clueless. I've worked in bartending at a restaurant and done banquets and these ladies had no idea. First bartender poured two wrong drinks after asking us repeating it twice and being super friendly about it. Second bartender put literally a splash of liquor in the drink because the bottle ran out and instead of getting another she just poured an entire glass of soda and called it a night! $24 later got nothing we intended to get. Not to mention the second bartender was so rude. She was forcefully reminding everyone that it was a cash bar. When food came out the salad was basically the scraps from a sub. Just think of wilted iceberg lettuce barely covered in some kind of oil with salt and one tomato. Steak came out next and was cooked nice but it was super bland as was the mashed potato and green beans. Basically, it overpriced mess for dinner and drinks. Awful. read more

We had our daughters wedding reception here on 9/21/18 and we couldn't be happier. Liza and Mark were wonderful and very attentive. They continuously checked with the bride and groom to see if they needed anything else and if they had a question they didn't hesitate to ask my husband or myself. Disappointing. Easter brunch was less than enjoyable. Food was raw. No music, no dancing and no Easter bunny. My family has been to this facility when it was previously Harth stone manor. Always music, Easter bunny for the kids and decent buffet style food. Everyone sadly went home hungry this year and will not be returning. read more

Recently attended a wedding here. The bartending staff was a bit rude and the alcohol tasted like it was watered down. I'm just over 100lbs and wasn't even moderately affected by 5 drinks in 2 hours...questionable. The speaker system was also shotty and patched in and out. First off The Grapevine Banquet was beautiful. Mirrors, chandeliers and a large coat room. Perfect for any big occation. It was a true class act. I will definately go there if I need to do a big event...hint hint This would be excellent for a Yelp Event! Just a thought. But it was comfortable, clean, inviting and pleasing on the eyes. On to the next part, we went there to for the psychic fair posted on yelp as an event and boy was it awesome! I took my family and we all loved the atmosphere. The people were lovely and I truly wished I could've got a reading from everyone. I know this may sound strange, but when I walked in I felt a very strong pull towards someone and when I looked down at the pamphlets, there she was. Corbie Mitleid! I walked around a bit and realized I couldn't wait anymore. I had to do a reading with her. I signed in, and a little around 7:10pm she called me up. I felt like I was talking to an old family friend. She asked me what I wanted to focus on and she went straight in. I didn't tell her much till she was almost completely done with the reading. I was moved to tears. This is my first reading that wasn't from someone who knew me so the fact she knew what she did really got me. She has given me hope on somethings I was worried would only get worse. Here's to finding out if it works. I will be keeping in contact if for anything else she is a wonderful human being. This restaurant and banquet hall is not wheelchair accessible, so if ypu need this type of accommations for the use in the bathrooms, definitely stay away from this restaurant. Had our 50th class reunion at the banquet hall, food was ok, wait staff excellent, but again not wheelchair friendly areas. Spoke to the owner and she said was going to try and update the area. Thus is such a large building to not have a family nathroom in it is ridiculous read more

I had my wedding reception here almost 2 years ago and it was amazing. Liza was very accommodating and caring. She took note of all the details that I wanted and made sure that everything was done right. I dropped off my decorations a day or 2 prior to the reception and the staff set everything up. The staff was amazing, everyone was pleasant, the food was great and seasoned perfectly! The only problem I had was the alcoholic drinks weren't strong enough lol. For a celebratory occasion you would think they would make the drinks taste like adult beverages instead of juice but oh well. Just got done with Easter Brunch. This was an unbelievable experience. I have done lots of Holidays for dinner or brunch and this is my new favorite. The spread of food was bountiful and delicious. If I could have given no stars I would have, the worst brunch. They shut down buffet lines at noon, no silverware on the table, could not have water because they were out of water pitchers. No salt or pepper on the table... And the food was third class, had better meals at Denny's All this for $30 a head, top not included! read more

There wasn't enough seating so they had to clean off a table . I never saw a carving station like that was there . Roast beef was bloody. Disgustingly bloody. Ham was fatty . Extremely dissatisfied. We went there for Easter brunch and I'll never return to this establishment. We had a party of approx 40 people. Our reservation was for 1pm. We were all on time and we weren't seated until 1:40pm, 40 minutes late! As a result members of our party had to rush their meal to go to work (yes, a lot of businesses are still open on Easter). We were eventually shown into a small room on the side. We were crammed into a corner with not enough seating. There were no cups on the table to start; however we were eventually told that we could get cups ourselves from the other room over by bar. The food was absolutely disgusting. The only thing palatable was the waffles. The roast beef was raw, not rare, RAW. The I guess what they call biscuits with gravy was ice cold, the "shrimp scampi" was so strong smelling and repulsive looking I didn't even want to try it. I've never passed up a carving station in my life, and what they offered was so subpar that I returned home hungry. To top it off, while we were still eating the wait staff decided to help themselves to the buffet. There was a table of employees with plates piled high with food while we were still eating! Let that sink in just in case you are trying to find a facility with professionalism. Unacceptable for the price they charge per ticket! Such a let down. When it was Harthstone there was always music with an appearance by the Easter bunny. Absolutely nothing good came from this establishment. Save your money! read more

My husband and I came here for Mother's Day brunch and at first I thought it was a little pricey but after we saw how amazing everything was and the huge variety it was very reasonable! Lisa and her staff did a wonderful job , there was always fresh food coming out, the plates were taken away in a timely manner, your water glasses refilled! We were quite impressed with the food and the excellent service! Lisa is a wonderful person and we will be back! My family and I felt like a herd of cattle for our Easter Buffet. We made reservations in the middle of the banquet just to make sure they still had food. Wrong! Sat down at the table and a very nice server greeted us and brought us some cold coffee. Told us to go up to the line and use the line closet to us. We get there and they had closed that entire side of the buffet. We go to the next line and waited with about 50 other people trying to get their buffet. Half the food was gone or very little left. My daughter wanted waffles and that is the reason we chose a brunch buffet rather than the dinner buffet. She went to the waffle station and was served 1/4 of a cold waffle. The eggs were way too salty and believe me I don't mind sale, but these were way over salted. The Caesar salad was completely gone. We went up again to see if the dishes had been refilled and if they were they were gone again and another 50-60 people were trying to get their meal in the line. The chocolate dipping station had rotted strawberries and the handles of all the utensils were sticky. The desserts were dried out also. For $26.99 per adult it was a total waste of money. Do yourselves a favor and find another brunch buffet. read more

I attended the 2017 Mother's Day Brunch and had a spectacular experience. I was particularly impressed with how organized and professional everyone was. Even though they were extremely busy the staff managed to serve with a welcoming and sincere warmth that really elevated our experience. The food selection was out of this world and delicious. The only reason I felt I had to give 4 stars instead of 5 was because I found out the day before that there was an error and my party was booked for 4 instead of 8. Even still, the management got back to me in record time fixed the problem and reassured me that my party would have an amazing experience and we CERTAINLY did! Attended a wedding there just recently and was very disappointed. Food and wait staff was awful. For what the brides parent paid for it was embarrassing. We had to keep asking for coffee and water and the food was so salty. Drinks watered down . According to the bride services she paid for were not done by wait staff and when they were asked about it they said they knew nothing of it. Very disappointing when I have been to the restaurant band had good food. I am sorry to say I would never recommend this banquet facility for any function. read more
