They also sell their plants online and their website is up-to-date with their current inventory, so if it's not online, they don't have it. This is unlike some other stores where they don't post everything they have in-store, so you might find items in-store that are not posted online. The store is hidden in an industrial park, so you have to go looking for it. Unlikely that you would just drive by and see it. I recently got into plants so I was poking around Google Maps looking for plant stores and found this store that way. They have a good variety of plants and I like how they group plants that can tolerate low light and they indicate which plants are non-toxic to pets. Their plants are all in relatively good shape in contrast with plants at big box stores which sometimes are in poor condition. Their plants are more expensive than big box stores and large greenhouses like Robert Plante Greenhouses, which is to be expected. For example, they had Fenestraria Rhopalophylla (Baby Toes succulents) for $16.99 whereas they are $12.99 at Robert Plante and between $4.99-$9.99 at big box stores. We loved that it's a local store and we try to support local in our purchases whenever possible. They have a variety of furniture on the floor as well as decor of all kinds. The team at Blueprint Home was absolutely great! Karrie and Kim were very knowledgeable and helpful when we explained to them what we were looking for. We could tell that they are passionate about what they do and actually care about providing excellent service to their clients. We ended up buying a Lind leather couch and love seat for a good deal. We ordered them in July and we were expecting to receive them at the end of November, but the shipment arrived early November instead. It was a pleasant surprise! The white glove delivery experience was amazing and we're very content with our overall experience with Blueprint Home. We're planning on going back to get more furniture and decor there in the future. We highly recommend them!

I asked the manager whether I was able to able to exchange the product for another item and if there are able to manually write down the item for which i had a receipt for and was still declined. When the manager noticed my frustration, in-order to get rid of me I was told to please go ahead and make a complaint if i was not happy about the service. Me personally being in the customer service business I definitely though this was highly un-professional and that this situation could have been dealt with better or for CT to have a back-up plan in place.

I was working on a home project building a self watering above ground planter. I was installing a…read moremetal frame on one side that would be against the house and would not be accessible once installed. This would be used to attach a fence for plants to crawl up on. However I needed to drill some holes in the metal to connect the pieces. The drill bits I had worked great with wood but would not pierce through this metal and was in fact dulling the bits after I had recently sharpened them. Doing some research on the internet I learned that the best bits for metal were cobalt drill bits. I checked my local stores like Canadian Tire and Rona but they did not have them. I found some on Amazon but it would take a few days for delivery. Then I found Lowes had them in stock in their store. So I ordered some for pickup around 5 PM. The next day by 9AM I received an email saying they were ready for pickup. I shot down there right away and received very pleasant service from the Pick up clerk/cashier and left a very happy customer. Arriving home I was very anxious to use these bits to see if they could perform. They cut through the metal like butter and gave me a great sense of accomplishment in both the job I was doing and using a good high quality product made by DeWalt. I'm glad I took a picture of this place so at least I have proof that the place exists. Outside of its inability to be found in any Google search that I've tried, once you step into @Home, you're in for a decent time. @Home is a kitchenware store with a large assortment of different items that you can use in the kitchen or dining area. The items range from the strictly utilitarian (e.g., spring form pans - nothing fancy there) to the imaginative (e.g., elegantly shaped wine decanters). If you're looking for some interesting décor add-ons for your kitchen, or looking for something to theme your next party, this is probably a good place to start. It's not just the variety, but the quantity of items that is also overwhelming. There's tons of stuff that you can go through and, if you're so inclined, it's pretty easy to kill a half an hour in this little shop. Add to this it is an independent store and not a larger chain, so if you're into helping out the smaller business, this is a great store for you. Just don't try to Google your way there. Just get to Earl Grey Drive and look for the place in the picture.

The Long Version: I'm late to the plant party, but I recently started getting into plants. I look for low maintenance plants that thrive on neglect, lol. I started with air plants, which I bought at Wild Willy's, which is near my house. There I saw these strange plants called Living Stones/Lithops. I had never seen these before and they fascinated me. I decided to do more research on them. I discovered that during the Winter and Summer they only need to be watered once or not at all the entire season. And in the Spring and Fall they only need watering once every month or two. That is super low maintenance! I was talking to one of my coworkers about them and she said she saw them at Robert Plante and she was going that weekend. After a few texts and photos back and forth, she picked one up for me. I was thrilled to pay only $12.99 for them instead of $18 which was the price at Wild Willy's. The Lithops are cool and unusual and I love them. I decided to go to the store myself to poke around. Navan is a bit of a hike for me, but it's not far from Orleans, where my parents live, so when I was out there visiting my parents, I asked my mom if she wanted to go look at some plants and she did, and one of my nieces also wanted to join. So off we went. The place is huge. So many plants! I loved just looking around. They had succulents (my favourite type of plant), cacti, air plants, regular leafy plants (lol, I know that's not the proper term, but y'all know what I'm talking about), and even carnivorous plants. They had plants of all sizes from tiny to huge. They had olive trees and kumquat trees and so much more. I ended up getting more Lithops because I found some red/orange ones. They were in a smaller pot and only $6.99. I also got an air plant for $4.99. My mom also got an air plant. Hers was a bit bigger so it was $5.99. And she got a succulent that looks like a rose for $6.99. There's a little food truck inside the greenhouse that sells coffee and other drinks and also hotdogs, sandwiches and snacks. I got my niece some ice cream from the food truck, which is called the YOLO Coffee Truck. I'll write a separate review for the food truck. Staff were pleasant. I needed help finding some Haworthia Cooperi, a plant I really wanted to get and staff were able to take me to them. Unfortunately they only had the pointy leaf variety and I was looking for the rounded leaf variety :( I had such a good time at the greenhouse even though I didn't get a Haworthia Cooperi like planned. The website shown a lavenderish pink tin but when I ordered two of them, it came in white regular Sloan tins. The store should update the photo of the item, instead of misleading the online customers into buying and thinking that's what they'll get. I get this feeling that the store purposely do this in order to get rid of their last stock. Because after I bought the two tins, the item is now out of stock. I might be wrong, but if that's what it is, what a shame way of doing the little business that seems proud of their way giving back to community. Before I made my order, I knew this is a little store and I read their return policy. I write to the store regarding this issue, but I never get any reply. I don't think a simple apologize is too much to ask. Is this because your online customer less important than your local customers? Is it because this issue too small to deal with? I had much better experience shopping from much smaller stores and their professionalism is top notch compared to this. Our salesperson, Trista, was so friendly and so helpful as we went from one mattress to another. We ended up purchasing the Kingsdown Zero Gold Matress - actually two of them in Twin XL, along with adjustable bases, so my wife and I could choose our mattress firmness and our head and food adjustments independently. It was the perfect solution. Trista did not rush us our pester us, but she was always right there to answer any questions we had. We shopped on Black Friday weekend when they had great sales too. For all of the mattresses I've purchased over the years for us or for our kids (also purchased mattresses for them at Mattress Mart), this was by far the best experience of all.

When the salesperson tried to distract us away from the entrance / exit door the manager quickly went (ran) outside of the store. While my wife and I were shopping, I just happened to peek out the window and noticed the manager checking out my car in the parking lot. Upon sneaking back into the store this manager with a big smile on her face said, "I know you have money. I will help you out." Looking around at the mattresses, I saw the manager unknowingly take photos of another customer in the store using her cell phone. I'm very sure the manager, who was trying to secretly take these photos, didn't notice I had seen her doing it. I found the manager to be sneaky, a liar and very manipulative. She's not in any way the type of person that I would ever buy a 'big ticket item' from. Also, I'm very sure the store manager thought I hadn't noticed her disrespectful and abusive behaviour. The salesperson who was in the store appeared to be an eager accomplice in what I consider to be extremely inappropriate behaviour. Over many years, I have purchased five mattresses from Mattress Mart. Given what occurred, I will never go back to Mattress Mart and can't recommend this business to anyone. So why do *I* like it when I don't know the right side of a wrench? Because they are Canadian owned and operated, and they sell work gloves and those heating things to keep your hands and feet warm in the winter.
