Solid sandwich. Got the Italian on wheat (minus the mustard and pickles) and it was tasty. I like that the bread wasn't too voluminous and didn't overwhelm, just complemented. They had a really expansive menu that included a secret menu (it comes up when ordering online). I wasn't a huge fan of the kids' grilled cheese. They use the same bread as for their sandwiches (makes sense) but it's pretty dense for a grilled cheese so the cheese gets lost. My kids weren't that impressed and I wasn't either. But I do appreciate that they had a kids menu to begin with. Easy online ordering.

It is part of the mall, but towards the front, so it's a nice vibe and not too close to the craziness. I went with my daughter who is OBSESSED with the fries. And those fries are super duper tasty. I got the chicken sandwich with a pretzel bun and it was the thickest chicken sandwich I may have possibly ever had, but very good. The flavor is very robust, and I enjoyed every bite. I will say that if you are sensitive to spice, get it without the seasoning as it can be intense. They do let you choose the intensity and also have numerous sauces you can choose from. Would highly recommend!

The sandwich itself was good, though a little on the greasy and salty side. I think that may have just been the one I chose. I still enjoyed it while dining in. The salad was fresh and exactly what I wanted later that evening. The staff was amazingly friendly, and the place was clean and welcoming. I'd definitely come back! It's definitely one of my few and only placed to grab sandwiches or smoothies where I know they will be made with fresh, healthy ingredients that are refreshing, not heavy. Love that they offer sprouts and always get that instead of lettuce. As for the poor experience, these gift cards from Marc in the mail totally made up for it. I've never had gift cards from here which is astonishing since I've been a patron for 20 plus years now.
