We moved and had to switch daycares during COVID and ended up choosing The Goddard School of Littleton and are very happy with our decision! It was really tough to find a school that we trusted when we knew we wouldn't get much time with our daughter's teachers or admin... and had to drop her off at the door. They were very accommodating with getting our 1 year old acclimated and we have been very happy with our decision! Our daughter seems to love going to school each day. read more

There is really so much I can say about this school!! Everyone is amazing! They treat you as family and welcome you with open arms. The learning and lessons are so fun and my kids really enjoy their days. The teachers learning plans keep the kids busy but also not focused on one thing for too long that they lose focus. The summer camp is seriously so much fun! Even through all of this new 'normal' stuff they have done a fabulous job keeping everyone safe, in the know, and putting their students/families and staff first. We Love Goddard! School! This is no daycare this is a School! Both of my kids attended (one current) this school. They were always happy and excited to go. The staff is friendly and helpful, the owner is always there and very hands on. The classroom environmentt is amazing always doing something, centers, computers, art, music and so much more. Very secure one way in one way out. Great extra activities for the kid guitar lady, tumble bus and my daughters favorite PJ day. Thanks for everything Goddard. read more

We removed our 1.5 year old son from this school because we did not feel the teachers created a safe environment or one that was well supervised. After being there for 1 month, another child bit him 5 times over the course of 4 days and his teachers only witnessed 1 of the 5 bites. After 2 of the bites occurred we talked with the administration and his teacher to develop a plan for his safety and were told the biter would be shadowed. My son went back for 2 more days and was bit 3 additional times and no one notified us of the bites. We didn't feel my son was safe any longer under their care or that they were taking our concerns seriously. Additionally, I did not feel that there was great communication from his teacher - he'd come home with different clothes on than what we sent him to school in without an explanation and I had to request to be notified of incidents immediately if they occurred as this was not simply a standard to notify the parents. I am writing this review because I do not want any other parents to experience the stress this has situation has caused our family. read more

The Littleton Goddard School is a place where children's hearts and minds are nurtured through engaging in joy-filled, meaningful experiences cultivated by loving and intelligent educators dedicated to supporting each child's growth and development. I could write numerous stories communicating this in detail. My mosr recent favorite is... This weekend, while hosting a dinner with a principal friend of mine, Gigi decided to invite us to "play school." We were "the kids" and she was "the teacher." She created two centers for us to explore, facilitated circle time, dance, and story time. Ironically, my friend and I had been discussing the lack of classroom management structures employed by one of her kindergarten teachers and brainstormed possible supports. So, she was incredibly impressed with Gigi's demonstration of the systems and structures used in her classroom at Goddard School. Those of us in education know that this is due to the dedication of the teacher to maximize student learning and create a nurturing, safe environment for our children. Such a wonderful tribute to the work Goddard School teachers do at the classroom level through support and guidance from school leadership! At Goddard School learning is intentionally planned...and communicated daily to parents! We even get learning objectives for soccer camp-VERY impressive! This commitment to communicating learning provides a wonderful opportunity for parents to dialogue with their children about their educational experiences, building a foundation for success throughout their educational careers! read more

Best School around! The Goddard School in Littleton is fantastic: from the teachers, directors, employees and the Owner...things couldn't be better. The staff communicate with parents on a regular basis and ensure that we are well informed regarding what our children are engaged in day-to-day. There are regularly scheduled parent-teachers conferences too. THere is a parent organization for the parents to ce involved in the school and they even help plan really fun events for the kids such as a fall festival, summer picnic, speakers, etc. The school really is involved in helping educate our children. They get a lot out of attending this school; it isn't just a place for someone to babysit our kids. I am proud to have our children attending this school. read more

It was one of the hardest parts of moving to take him away from his school and friends. My daughter attended the Goddard School in Littleton for over a year. She really blossomed during the time she attended. She learned her letters, numbers, sight words, colors, shapes, even basic computer skills all in time for Kindergarten. We just had her first conference in her new Elementary School and we were blown away. She is excelling in all subjects and is far beyond where she should be educationally. Thank you Goddard for preparing her for greatness. One addition I would like to recommend is the Staff at Goddard. From the Owner, to the Directors, to the teachers everyone is very attentive to the students and make the environment a positive place for all. read more

We feel like we are dropping our boys off at a family member's home. We trust the staff. My wife and I genuinely feel like they care about our family. We had our boys home from Goddard for 2 years, due to the recession, and our boys surprised us by going back to Goddard with enthusiasm. They are learning so much more quickly in the classroom environment. The summer programs had our boys excited to go to school (okay, most days :-} ). My son has been attending here since he was about 14 months old. It's a great environment, great staff and our son has made many great friends and memories here. I had no idea kids could start learning so much so quickly at such a young age. Our son is very well prepared for kindergarten thanks to this school and dedicated teachers.
