I have watched the directors make tough decisions and they have always done so in the best interest of the families. We are grateful for the way they handled COVID, ensuring that parents were a part of the re-opening decision and have taken the necessary precautions by making changes to ensure the safety and health of our children. I have referred friends and family members to them. The teachers also love my son. I originally chose Great Escape because they seemed to be the only place taking a September birthday at age one (part time). I am grateful for their care and flexibility. This summer they have had elementary care available too in which they have brought in special activities such as putt putt golf and oversized blocks for construction building contests.

The Director, Jennelle Kreishner, has provided us with everything we need and everything that Dylan needs. Dylan has a lot of special needs as he has a peanut allergy and is mildly autistic. He has done nothing but thrive at Great Escape. I highly recommend Great Escape for your pre-school child especially if you have two working parents who need a lot of flexibility in your child's care. Their prices are very reasonable, too!" - Phil R.

Our son started at Lotus Littles at four months when I went back to work. As a first time mom, I…read morewas super nervous to leave him at daycare, but Yolanda and the teachers in the infant room have been so good to him. He is on oxygen while he sleeps, and they take wonderful care of him and provide peace of mind so that I don't have to worry about him. I really appreciate the constant interaction he gets from his caregivers - this is not a place where the babies lay in their cribs all day. They do a great job of communicating my son's activities so I know exactly how much he eats, sleeps, etc., and they do all sorts of fun activities like painting with the babies. All in all, Lotus Littles is a great daycare with caring teachers that make it feel like one big family. I would absolutely recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for child care.

Not every day care has the same stem and a lot of teachers are overworked and exhausted and plainly not happy with their jobs. This place has a good spirit about it, very warm and welcoming atmosphere and although is located in the church building, is not affiliated with it and does not impose or carries out any religious believes, which was important to me. Although the place is new the staff is experienced and have a lot of great ideas of adding more to the happiness of the little ones and the caregivers alike.

The teachers in the infant room are incredibly attentive, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child. They take the time to learn every baby's individual needs, routines, and personality, which has made such a difference for our daughter. We always feel reassured knowing she is in a safe, loving, and engaging environment. Communication has been excellent--whether it's updates throughout the day, feeding and nap details, or just sharing sweet moments. It means so much to know how she's doing while we're apart. We've also noticed great developmental progress since our daughter started. It's clear the team is intentional about supporting growth through age-appropriate activities, interaction, and care. We are so grateful to have found a daycare that treats our daughter like family. I would highly recommend this program to any parent looking for a trustworthy and loving place for their child.

In the interest of transparency, current and prospective parents should know that those steps included having their attorney at Goodspeed and Merrill send my family a cease‑and‑desist letter threatening a defamation lawsuit in conjunction with a fabricated CPS report if I did not immediately remove my review. The CPS allegations they threatened to file were created by flipping our concerns about the school back onto us; even if those allegations had been true, they still would not constitute child abuse. I'll be attaching the threatening document they sent so families can understand exactly what is going on. My review is based entirely on my firsthand experience. Any parent who wants to understand the situation more fully is welcome to reach out. Original Post: I'm writing this as a parent who keeps receipts- emails, timelines, photos, everything. And based on that documentation, I want other families to know what we experienced here. Our son came home with a bad bruise on his back, yet we heard nothing from the school. When brought to their attention, the school said they documented, but they repeatedly refused to give us the incident report. This wasn't an isolated issue. When our son caught a virus the school had emailed about a week earlier, the owner later denied the presence of the virus -- despite us having the original message. We also discovered missed diaper changes in our son's log that led to a severe diaper rash. From my perspective, this daycare is more focused on protecting its image than being honest with parents or providing consistent care. Please do your homework before enrolling -- ask for policies in writing and trust your instincts.
