They are good at scheduling. They gave both of us the haircuts we asked for. They noticed little details that many hair stylists/ barbers miss. Good fading between my beard to side burns and my sides to top. My favorite part - straight razor on the back of the neck. One interesting tidbit: quietest hair cut I've ever had and there were 4 people all getting their hair cut at the same time.
