My husband went 5 shades whiter, while mine was only 2-3. I was a bit disappointed. But the very next day, I received a call and was offered at 30-minute complementary whitening! I was thrilled and after the second treatment, my teeth are Gleamery! At the end of our treatment we both decided that we would have our regular cleanings here instead of our usual Dental office (and they take our insurance which is a plus!). If you are like me, you avoid the dentist office as much as you can. Unfortunately I am a plaque builder no matter what I do so regular cleanings are needed. I hate the ones where your teeth get scraped into oblivion. I went in for an Air Flow cleaning to see if it was better and oh my gosh, it totally was. Gave them a second shot and it made no difference on whitening. Maybe because my teeth are not particularly yellow. I asked if I could expect whitening and they said "Yes, absolutely." Afterward, the tech said how much brighter my teeth were. They were not whiter, they looked exactly the same. You should take before and after pictures in the same lighting if you want to see for yourself. For three days after, my teeth were WILDLY sore. If you have sensitive teeth at all, I would not recommend their whitening. Their site says pain-free, but it is most certainly is not. I gave them all the shots I'm going to give. I came here for a cleaning and had an absolutely amazing experience! Cleanings and whitening only! Insurance accepted! The modern decor and layout takes the "scary sterile" dentist vibe out. I appreciated the email and text reminders prior to the appointment. The check in process was a breeze, Amani was super helpful and friendly getting me set up. The cleaning was what you would expect at a regular dentist office, but the chair was so comfortable I almost fell asleep. If dental care is needed fillings, X-rays etc they have recommendations for offices in the area. They sent me a text with the info post-appointment. They also followed up with me after my appointment because I mentioned needed a new dentist and ortho! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, I can't wait to come back for my whitening. I read all this hype before going in. I figured, great! I'll get my teeth really white since they're not bad. The people were very nice. However...... for spending $200.00 for teeth whitening and to see little to no change, it's not worth the money in my opinion. I looked in the mirror & didnt say anything.... Millennial attitude provided by front desk - meaning I am too good for my job and I don't want to do the job that entails actually putting effort into it. I wanted a bougie luxurious spa like experience but it was none of that. The dental hygienist was the most friendly warm person there, I give her five stars- she was fantastic. This superficial dental experience made me appreciate my actual dentist more who has massage chairs, tv on the ceilings and professionals who know how to manage health insurance information. today i had my first cleaning here and it was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! madeline and amani greeted me right away and got me all checked in, which was super simple. the waiting area is absolutely stunning! the aesthetic had me swooning! it also smelled really nice with great music. then, i was taken to my suite/cleaning area which was HUGE and so cute. there were 3 hooks to hang my belonging and a little table for my phone. madeline introduced me to kristen, the dental hygienist, and throughly explain what was going to happen for my cleaning. kristen was the best hygienist i ever had! super personable and through. my teeth literally feel amazing (i got a basic cleaning). i booked another appointment immediately! highly recommend and so happy i found this one-of-a-kind experience!! such an awesome concept! read more

I heard about this place on social media and took advantage of a grand opening deal. Let me start off by saying I LOATHE going to get dentist!! I don't have a phobia or anxiety, I just don't like going...period.... This place is awesome!! When you first walk in, you don't have the sights, smells, and sounds of a typical dental office. The vibe was more of a salon/spa feeling. The staff was super friendly and top notch professional. I got a general cleaning from the hygienist l, who was friendly as well. The inside of my lip got burned during the procedure by their equipment 3 days ago. I'm very disappointed that they didn't offer to refund even part of the fee I paid for getting injured in the procedure. This place is great! Minimalist style in a cute Insta-friendly sort of way. Process was easy from start to finish - the booking was simple, check-in was seamless, and the hygienist (I got a 30-minute brightening) was so nice! They had a $99 new year discount. That made the one hour cleaning and whitening $250. That's only two 8 minute whitening sessions. Two shades only looks different when you hold that color chart up to your teeth. Otherwise not really that noticeable. With that in mind I wouldn't want to pay full price for two sessions and I'm not convinced that four sessions would be worth it either. Overall they are professional and nice. The cleaning went well and they did a great job, but the whitening was a let down. I truly didn't see much of a difference. They told me I should reschedule another appointment for a 2nd whitening within a couple weeks. I figured I would - until I found out it was $250 for the 2nd whitening! $250 to do it again? When the first round had little to no effect? No thanks... For future customers they really should consider marking that 2nd whitening down quite a bit. While this place is cute and the concept is great, the actual teeth whitening doesn't really do much. In fact, I felt like I have had better results using a whitening pen from Amazon. I did the 30 min whitening and saw no change in my teeth. I also wish the hygienist would have shared better aftercare instructions. I was told to avoid tomatoes, curry, coffee and tea. I was not told to avoid acidic food at all or chocolate or basically be on a clear/white food diet. I found that out on my own with a google search. I would have appreciated a one pager or pamphlet with more comprehensive aftercare instructions. Glad I tried this place, unfortunately I didn't see any results that would make this place worth the cost. They said it may even get lighter than this in the next 24hrs so im curious if it will go lighter. No sensitivity to the 24% whitening I was hesitant to do the stronger percent. After chatting with one of the hygienists on the phone, and discussing some anxiety, I was reassured that this was more of a dental spa. It really did not feel spa like at all, and my actual hygienist did nothing to alleviate my anxiety. There are a bunch of basic rooms with only curtains separating them, and they left mine open the whole time, while my mouth was stretched wide open for the treatment. That felt very awkward, as people were walking past the whole time. I didn't feel well taken care of. The results were fine, and if I ever go back, I'll request someone else. It seemed like a bunch of young 20 somethings there chatting and laughing amongst themselves while I was there. It didn't feel very professional.
